Local NPCS

I love the server but there is one thing that i feel like is missing and that is how alive the city feels. It feels so dead without having npcs/locals and cars going around. I would love that to be added in the city. Locals are treated the same, applied the same rules in regards to server rules.

This server would sadly never work with NPCs the way you are suggesting, both in the culture and performance capabilities. People already have a lot of performance issues inthe server and our capability to have a lot of players as opposed to other RP servers is because there are no NPCs. The server would be unplayable for most if NPCs filled the streets.

The whole point of rage is that it doesnt have npc's and all the people you see walking/driving are actual players you can interact with.

Plus I don't mind this difference from real life where there are way too many npc's imo ^^.
