It feels so dead without having npcs/locals and cars going around. I would love that to be added in the city. Requiem Posted January 9, 2023 Report Share Posted January 9, 2023 This server would sadly never work with NPCs the way you are suggesting, both in the culture and performance capabilities. People already have a lot of performance issues inthe server and our capability to have a lot of players as opposed to other RP servers is because there are no NPCs.
