Addition of New Player Owned Gas Stations

There are a number of unused gas stations spread about the city, unused meaning, players are not scriptly able to own them. I think these stations should be added to the list of stations that players can own. It would give more players the chance to own a business and I don't think it should be that hard to implement since you probably just have to copy and paste the code from other gas stations.

 

Below are some photos of 4 out of the 5 un used gas stations, the missing one is the one in palomino next to the store there.

I agree with the idea, but I don't think it will matter at the end of the day. More than likely, if they got added, someone with 40m in the bank that plays once a week would buy it, log on long enough to restock, and log back off as with most other player owned stores in the server. The issues with non-active players owning stores should be addressed first IMO.

Someone that plays once every 3-4 months you mean, sad reality of our community is that 4 major fuel stations are out of gas because the owners never show up, multiple general stores are poorly stocked because owners never show up, same goes for gun stores and supercars. Everything is owned by 1% of players or less, the rich ones. The rest of us still spend an hour working a job just to get a 35% tax on the 5k hourly salary. There was a time when supercars, houses and businesses were auctioned way more often based on inactivity but nowadays people just pay for VIP and log on 2 times a year. I can't even understand their satisfaction in owning so much and not even playing  So yeah, new gas stations would not change anything, businesses are at an all time low anyway. Barely 200 players at peak and not much going on.
