Stuck on character creation

Everytime i try loading in the server i get to the character creation. first i pushed create male then i got this character with no chest and i couldnt do anything on the first page so i clicked next i filled the name and it said finish i pushed it nothing happends so i restart game then i get to see my character but nothing in the screen on the right.

Locate your Rage MP folder and delete everything in the client_resources folder, then try again.
