Anything from private nobodies, Media people portraying the Delgado Cartel or any family in a negative way and all the way to government officials. The Syndicate is large in members but no one really knows exactly how many. Known for being active in most of the USA, France, Spain, Italy, the UK and Germany only to name a few. The Syndicate is thought to be behind over 680 assassinations throughout the world. __________________________________________________ Luca "Pookie" Delgado is said to be the front face of the organisation. The Syndicate is also known for its secrecy and behind-closed-doors way of dealing with things. The only way of really knowing anything about the organisation is to be within it. Not many can say they are. The Syndicate Rules - The Family first. - No questions. - If you get "a note"* you comply. - Failure to comply results in execution. - If you evade execution, the process moves on to your next of kin. e.g. Wife, children etc. (proper thread art coming soon!)
