After login i'm stuck in the air..

Hello everyone,

After i login to the server my character spawns in the air and i can do things like punching but i cannot walk or jump.

i can see and type in chat  but i cannot send anything or do commands.

i honsestly don't know what to do and it's taking me 2 days now to get this server running..

Please can anyone assist me in this adventure?
