Evidence (optional): http://prntscr.com/f289f6 http://prntscr.com/f289wy You can rent the rent vehicle and when you arrive in your destination you can just reconnect, it will teleport you few meters back but it doesn't matter cause you lose no money when you reconnect before exiting the vehicle.
