Been RPing for donkeys years but this is my first time on a GTA RP server, spent a bit of time this morning just getting used to the controls and stuff. How do you open the map? I think i've pressed every button and i think i'm being a bit thick. Want to get myself to the DMV for a license so i can get myself a car. Was driving around on the rent-a-scooter, it was early morning in game at the time but i noticed that there was no AI cars or people on the streets. Is this normal?
