Animals disappearing when hunting.

Issue/bug you are reporting: Animals disappearing and reappearing while hunting.

Expected behavior:  For the animal's movement to be synced or for them not to disappear. 

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: 
I believe there is another bug report on this topic but I did not see any evidence posted in that thread at all and it's fairly old. (https://forum.eclipse-rp.net/topic/87427-animals-teleporting-while-being-hunted/)

I've also had it where animals will completely vanish and not return to where you have seen them but other players can see them in different locations close by.

This exact thing happened to us yesterday, also with a cow.

Won't be fixed, requires full rework of animal hunting script
