Shadow Posted January 15, 2022 Report Posted January 15, 2022 Since there are telephone stands already found inside the cellblock currently serving no purpose, my suggestion is that inmates would be eligible to exchange stamps for an amount of seconds to call a specific number. (Phone call receiver could see the caller name as "Private Number" or some sort of that). I think it would be a good addition especially since the assets are already there so why not put them to use! 2 1 Quote
