While there is an issue in terms of IC activity, this part about Mechanic RP cannot be more cap. LSC has been implementing things to try push for more RP constantly, a more realistic thing to say here would be that the people who come for repairs couldn't care less about RP as after the checks you outlined most ''customers'' Tab Out or ignore any /do a mechanic tries to encourage more interaction. We can discuss lack of mechanics on duty, but do not try to turn it on Mechanics for lack of RP when half the time the customers are the ones harassing mechanics telling them to hurry the f up fixing the car...

HUGE +1 for customization options. I'd love to design my apartment. It would even give reason for people to visit each others places to see what they've done with the place.

+1, sick of driving dirty vehicles because I refuse to pay more for a car wash than an engine repair.

+1, while comparing to real life is not always the best thing, it's strange not to be able to push a motorcycle. In reality you can push them quite easily in comparison to a car which would actually be more difficult to push and control.

+1 I really enjoyed fishing as a way to make money when I first came into the server, but what always lacked is incentive to keep at it, different types of fish would be awesome and incentive to buy a boat to go make bigger bucks by catching cooler fish out at sea would be awesome.

The fact that people have tried to make the statement that the face is not what you should remember is outrageous, in real life I meet plenty of people and I can tell you for damn sure the one thing I memorise who is who is by their face. Sometimes you'll see a face years later and be like ''Damn, I remember their face from somewhere'' not ''Damn, I remember their mannerism but their face is a mystery''. I would really like the idea of accepting an alias so that people don't do stupid aliases or remembering people as ''Cop'', ''Kill him'' or whatever else.

+1 sitting down to eat would be cool, especially if we got locked in place.

I have recently started doing roadwork just for fun and I agree, sometimes you're standing around with nothing to do due to the amount of people that are doing the job. I think a better balance would be making other freelance jobs more worth while doing -- there are so many freelance jobs that are simply not viable for making money and people, especially new players will go for the one that makes them the most money. Roadwork also has the beautiful addition of having a lot of interaction.

Big FAT +1 on this one, it'd be cool if people were able to be more unique with their characters. I for one like changing up my characters look in terms of clothes and while my experience with modding clothes is limited to story mode, surely with how many other servers have more customization we can get new stuff in too?

While I am not opposed to the idea of a driver being able to wield a gun there's a few things that I'd like to mention regarding it: 1, How hard are we going to cry when desync shows a gun in your hand for the cop while you didn't choose to have one? Perfect example is when people have one in their inventory and it still shows for people as having it on their hip. As an ex-cop, don't even know how many people I've had to deal with complaining that ''I DON'T SEE IT!''. 2. When a traffic stop is initiated (including a 10-66/felony stop) police do not have the right to shoot at you if you try to evade. Now, lets look at it if you are suddenly able to fire shots at a cop coming up to your window, they have a backup (As they will certainly always call backup for traffic stops knowing you can shoot if you want) this means that as soon as you fire a shot, now every cop is able to use lethal force -- take your tires and take you out as you just attempted to murder a cop. Is that really what you want? To add to this, while your suggestion about equipment is correct, maybe going to the station for new equipment and making a bigger deal out of losing equipment is a good idea, I do not at all agree with not being allowed on duty for X time if you die. They already cannot re-join the situation but if cops had time restraints enforced about going on duty it'd become so difficult. Firstly, because who'll keep track of who can come back and who has to stay off duty? Are we just trusting that if a rule says ''Can't go on duty for 3 hours'' that they won't? As well as that, if a gang has say 10-15 members online, while only 10 cops are on duty. Does that mean that the gangs can start doing stuff that will force Cops to respond, then the gang starts shooting to kill because with enough dead cops the gang will have nobody to oppose them due to time restraints of not being able to return on duty for X time.

-1 This is not a bad idea overall however considering that the Mechanic job is a government type job it would really drive people away from going to the mechanic to get stuff fixed when you can invest some time in the ''RP School'' and then do all your repairs yourself. Mechanics at LSC and Bayview would sit around bored, also, there's a chance that people would not RP repairs the way mechanics are required by factions and it would be next to impossible to make sure that people are doing the RP. I do, however, believe that maybe the pricing of things at the Mechanics could be adjusted, not sure how but certain prices of things are a bit out there.
