+1. I have recently been punished with a DM from a conflict with another rival gang which I believe is unfair. Honestly, I'm scared of being banned from ECRP. I don't want to participate in killings/robberies anymore, as I know it can get me banned if I break the rules in the slightest. I've put so much time and love into the RP I've created, and now I don't have the spark I used to have when playing this server.

Carl Daquarius From Red Hook, Brooklyn, Carl was a smart and calculated kid. He liked math's, science, but school was never his strong suit. He was always trading and selling. It could have been his lunch or some stupid playing cards, although he always got what he wanted. If someone was to mess with him and try to scam him, he would bring them to the school bathroom where he would stick their head in a toilet bowl. All to teach them a lesson of messing with him and his business. At the age of 13 his Father Mr.Daquarius, a member of the Gambino family in New York City, let young Carl shoot his first Gun. The Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta .22 long Rifle, which when he shot it knocked his ass back a couple of feet. That's when he wasn't so concerned with school anymore. At the age of 17, He joins his Father in the Gambino Family, but weeks later Police, the CIA, and the FBI catch the Gambino Family with wiretaps and a member with a wire. The FBI, CIA had tons of evidence of the Family's doings, and Carl's father was to go down. His father was looking at the death penalty. Someone confessed to some of his murdering's. The previous murders in which he was proved innocent were voided because of a rat in the family who confessed to the feds for his own benefit. His Father was set to die in 2 weeks. There was nothing Carl could do, he thought about doing something several times, but he knew better than to go in hot and heavy. He knew if he tried something he’d be next. So that's when he found the rat, putting a .22 bullet into his left temple with his father’s .22 long rifle Beretta. Being smart the next step for him was to move away. So the day after his father's death he booked a flight heading from New York-bound to Los Santos. When he arrived in Los Santos, he was welcomed by his long-unseen cousin Vinny. Vinny was telling him about another Italian Family right here in the City of Los Santos, although at first Carl wasn't interested. He only had a couple of dollars to his name at the time, and asked Vinny “What work do you have for me?” Vinny responds “alright Carl we're gonna hit a store”, “Sounds good to me”. The robbery goes terribly wrong with 4 police cruisers pulling up to the front doors. This was the first time Carl had ever gone to prison. Although his time there wasn't for nothing. He made connections and new friends. When he got out he headed for the bank where he would meet someone. He meets with a person Named Joseph “Big Joe” Maxwell, who tells him a little something about an Italian mafia that he’s a part of. With Carl's recent time in jail and bank account empty, he attempted to ask Joe if he could somehow be a part of the Family. And Big Joe's answer to that was “let’s just say you already have, I’ll be in contact”. Days after his contact with Big Joe, he gets a call from Big Joe, saying “Hey, It’s time, where are you? I’ll come and pick you up” where I respond, “Alright, Los Santos Bank”. After that we headed to a lovely restaurant called La Spada where I met with Christopher Luciano a Caporegime. He asked me questions about myself and my reasoning to why I’d Like to join the LNF family. Shortly after, Carl started his first ever job with LNF hitting up chop shops with Chris, Big Joe, Sophia, and Barker. LNF pulled up to the chop shop near the garbage job, which was called garage chop, where Carl got into his first ever gun fight. Carl was riding with Barker another Caporegime when someone chopping at the garage chop started shooting at Carl, and him. Barker pulled up hot and heavy in his speedo when he got out to shoot the masked men. Carl was sitting in the passenger seat where he got shot multiple times cause he had no cover. Being shot Carl wasn't moving very well and then he saw someone on a flank, and focused what he could to shoot the guy. Carl would get hit once more putting him out of action, although his call outs helped Barker relay to Chris that there was a guy wrapping around from the back. From what Carl had heard Chris used three bullets and the guy on flank was dead. Carl then was brought to the Hospital by Sophia where he got a surgery to remove the bullets. After his surgery Sophia was there waiting for him. He would get out and go straight to another chop shop called butchers where the family was finishing the chop on some cars from the guy they just killed. Carl was overjoyed in the fact that he could help out and save Barker from a guy who was sneakily running up on him from the side.
