Issue/bug you are reporting: When using the chat window, the text cursor does not appear nor does the left and right arrow key work to chose the recommend chat command.
Expected behavior: The text cursor should appear when using the chat window and you should be able to use the left and arrow keys to navigate through you text.

The issue for me occurred after the latest rage update.
