  1. Les_Vatte here, ID 197. My POV did not save from the situation, as my shadow play often bugs and only saves the last 2/3 seconds when I try to save footage. I had tried my best several times to solve this OOCly with the reporting party through PM's because I felt it was a misunderstanding, but had no luck (can be checked with logs). The reporting party was whispering and he was also behind me. I didn't hear his demands, nor did I see him with his gun pointed at me until I was well off of my bike. As shown in the POV, he rolls and I run past him at 1:13. This brief second is the only time I hear his voice, and still could barely make out what he was saying. By the time I even realized he was yelling, I was already mid pulling my gun out and beginning to roll. If he wasn't whispering and I had heard his demands on my bike or when I just got off the bike, this report would be a different story, but I simply could not hear them from where I was. It is known that the whisper radius is very small, and unfortunately in this situation I was not in that radius while on my bike or when I got off my bike, but only for the brief moment we ran past each other. I apologized to the reporting party, but there is nothing I could have done differently as I could not hear his demands from the distance he was whispering them from. In response to opening fire while being surrounded, I could see the reporting party pull in that area by himself and begin to get off of his bike. He was the only person I saw while I was pulling in because I was looking in front of me. I had driven through the location and surrounding area's prior to the fight as he had robbed my friend there moments before, so I was aware that this was not a set up. Many of my allies were in the surrounding area as I called it out several times on freq. In the reporting parties POV at approximately 0:55 you can hear the reporting party say "There's a bunch here" in reference to my allies, and again at 1:46 you can hear members of his faction on his radio frequency say "There's a lot" and "There's a fuck ton". I knew I had many allies around, and when I drew my gun I only saw the reporting party, who shot first. All parties involved knew the situation was hostile, and if I had known I was outnumbered in that situation I obviously wouldn't have tried to fight them, but I wasn't aware of how close his other members were. As for the Crouch Walk, I accidentally pressed C while I was trying to strafe, but stopped the moment I realized and saw my character begin to crouch. In the reporting parties POV, you can see that my character isn't in a full crouch, nor fully standing up which makes me think it could have been a visual bug from the misclick. I also don't think this movement gave me any sort of advantage in this situation, as I wasn't moving faster than a normal strafe. https://streamable.com/gff32w This is POV from a report in the past where someone was actually doing what Christopher is accusing me of doing. Comparing the footage I think it's pretty easy to tell that this movement is not what I was doing, or my intentions. Thank you to Harveyyy and DrPathetic for taking this report, any further questions feel free to reach out to me!
  2. Hey this is Les_Vatte, ID 179. This issue was reported and solved in game, with punishments already issued by Kimeybear101. As you can see in the POV we were there to collect tax that we told them about weeks prior, and also earlier this day. None of us would have began shooting if they didn't pull out a .50 at gunpoint and shoot (11:25 in the first video). Thanks for the time.
  3. Hello, I was the passenger in the blue issi. Unfortunately I don't have POV so I will do my best to explain it. The reporting party in this situation was chasing us for quite some time before ultimately taking a fight at city scrap. After the fight, we were playing a game of cat and mouse with the reporting party. This situation is 50/50 in my opinion. My character took damage from the impact of this crash, but also as displayed in the driver of the bike's POV, they were shooting the second we landed. If I remained in the seat I would have just been shot to death. I feel like waiting until the car completely stopped, getting out and seeking cover was my best option to properly fear for my characters life. I'd like to add that the bike was desynced in my perspective, as it was standing and not on its side. This is worth noting in my opinion as if it weren't desynced we would not have went flying, as a bike would not make a car do that in real life. Thank you to the staff taking this report, feel free to reach out with any questions.
  4. Hello, Les Vatte here, ID 147. There's not much more I can add without repeating what Kaleb and the boys said, but I will do my best to explain the situation from my perspective. My group (67) was hitting pink cage, taking around 280k from the vault before attempting to flee. While inside the bank, several officers had rushed the bank with weapons drawn. Our crew across the street began shooting, resulting in a gun fight where we killed several officers before making it to our bikes and fleeing with the money. I was a part of the crew inside the bank. Upon leaving the bank with the funds, all of the officers in front of the bank were focused on fighting our allies, which gave us a good opportunity to shoot them and escape. Had we not assisted our allies, several of us would likely have gotten arrested. I feel like the officers saying there was "no RP" is unfair, as it took hours of planning, adapting through several attempts, along with the RP of actually pulling it off. Had the initial officer not rushed the bank with a weapon drawn, the people on the apartment complex would not have began shooting. They were heavily outnumbered when trying to enter the bank, unaware of the amount of criminals and loadouts inside and outside of the bank. I feel like in real life cops would not just enter the bank upon arrival, but secure the perimeter and take more precautions. As we're RPing as criminals in a cartel connected gang, I don't think that killing a few police officers in order to get away with 280k is as far fetched as the reporting party makes it seem. Thank you to Aldarine and staff for taking this report, feel free to reach out for further questions!
  5. I think in addition to these changes the concept of how drug tables blow up should be worked on as well. I feel like tables should blow up based on human error, opposed to RNG. For example I have lost 224+ tables in the last two months due to RNG explosions, which doesn't make RP sense considering the amount of drugs that my character has cooked since starting on the server. I think The more drugs you've cooked in your players life, the less likely the tables would be to blow up. Ex: Every 1000 drugs you cook, the RNG percentage drops by 2-5% Or Implement a system where cooking drugs is more hands on, and more difficult so that explosions can be left up to human error, opposed to being unlucky.
  6. Les Vatte here, ID 332. I don't really have much to add, as me and Kaleb Mcfadgen didn't do much in this situation other than show support to Kudo by being there. I was at 'ladyboy' when I got the call on radio to go to eclipse, from there I just followed the lead of fellow kudo members. The situation resulted in Kaleb getting in my car, and us trying to remain in the vicinity of the chase incase my allies needed help. By the time they had robbed our friend at the gas station, they had heavies out and several members set up around the area. It was not in our best interest to take a fight this big in public. From that point on we pretty much just went our separate ways. Appreciate the mods taking the time for this report. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
  7. ID 270 here. My memory of the situation is pretty similar to that of ID 455, as I was focused watching the Issi sport and the road in front of us at the time we stalled. I didn't even realize how close the officer was to us until seeing his POV. I feel as if there may have been some VOIP lag, as the first thing I heard the officer say was "all of you, all of you" (0:18 in the officers POV) and by the time I heard him say "get out of the car" (0:19) the sultan classic's engine had started. In the heat of the moment all of this was pretty fast paced and intense, so I just sat and followed suit. Unfortunately I don't have my POV saved, as I was not PM'd for it. After seeing the POV, I understand the reasoning behind the report. Although I don't feel like there was enough time for me to hear/process the demands and get out of the car, I do agree that the footage is worth reviewing. Thank you for your time.
  8. The video above is all I have, as it was when I realized my software wasn't recording. ID 362 was on the body with the brown leather vest and got hit, moving him to his location in the video. Similar to how I was hit and ended up on top of 360's car.
  9. Player(s) being reported: ID 360 Date of interaction reported: 29/MAR/2021. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1617055811. Your character name: Les Vatte, ID 176 Other player(s) involved: Doug Peterson ID 362 Specific rule(s) broken: 12. New Life Rule (NLR) ● The deceased character loses memory of their death, the events that caused it, and the information collected in that time frame. ● All parties involved must avoid interaction with each other for 30 minutes. A player must not return to the area of their death for that time frame or attempt to retrieve lost possessions from involved players. Official faction members may return to their HQ and resume faction duties but must abide by the NLR rules in all other ways. 14. Deathmatch (DM) ● Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. ● Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) Me and ID 362 were driving through Paleto and saw a body outside north labs. We pulled over and 362 got out and looted the body. ID 360 comes out of no where and VDM's 362. I get out of the vehicle to move my friend closer to the side of the road and ID 360 comes back and VDM's me. ID 360 and I exchange pm's and they acknowledge the fact that they VDM'd me. After looking at the clip, I notice that the body 362 was looting looks exactly like ID 360. ID 362 was not in the middle of the road prior to being VDM'd, but on top of the body with the brown vest. Evidence of rule breach: My POV: screenshots of me telling him save pov: https://ibb.co/V9hr957 him admitting VDM https://ibb.co/LRJY0Kn asking 362 for POV https://ibb.co/Lxm4mB5
  10. Player(s) being reported: ID 18 Date of interaction reported: 11/29/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1606688208 Your characters name: Les Vatte Other player(s) involved: ID 10 Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. How did the player break the rule(s)? Ran over me at the pier for no reason. Not a big deal, could have been a mistake. Followed the car and was lead into an alley where I was repeatedly smashed by a vehicle without any engagement at all. He hit me several times attempting to kill me. Told him to save POV & he didn't stop. I have my recording software set to the last 30 seconds which is the reason for two clips. The 0:07 length clip took place first, and in the start of the 0:30 length clip you can see him sideways in the alley, as he reversed over me moments after the first clip. ID 10 is not a new player, however they were together chirping me afterwards. You'd think he would tell his friend to stop or something. Evidence of rule breach: Evidence of me saying save POV: https://ibb.co/fHq2rpT
