I was referring to "easier punishments for law-abiding citizen". If you drive recklessly regardless if you have a criminal history or not, you can be arrested. There is no such thing as "easier punishments for law-abiding citizen" law.

Well, that is not quite how it works in real life at least in United States. If you're a law-abiding citizen then you should not be committing traffic violations as well.

Full Name: Thomas Norman Place of Birth: Manhattan, Liberty City Height: 6"1' Eye Color: Dark Brown Hair Color: Black Nationality: American This thread is showing the character portrayal of Thomas Norman whose dad was a police officer in the Liberty City, but unfortunately passed away. Due to his close connection with a relative in the City of Los Santos, Thomas Norman as his mother decided to move all the way from the east coast to the west as they move on with their lives from their loss. Thomas Norman is a person who is very dedicated to what he does especially in his career as a law enforcement officer. However, due to that, he may have some weakness of working under pressure and in high stress situation. Being in the Los Santos Police Department, he had a hard time at first on interacting with others, but it got better as his tenure continues. He believes in justice and would do anything to pursue it. He has a dream of becoming a Police Detective as he progresses further in the Los Santos Police Department.

Does not work with any kind of interaction menu whether it'd be vehicle or property. My scroll button is not broken, by the way. Please help!

Hey, there. I am quite new to this server — I have the following questions: Does Los Santos, San Andreas replace Los Angeles California? Is San Andreas apart of the United States, or a Sovereign state? Are US Federal Laws applicable, including case laws? Examples: Terry V. Ohio — For their own protection, after a person has been stopped, police may perform a quick surface search of the person's outer clothing for weapons if they have reasonable suspicion that the person stopped is armed. Pennsylvania V. Mimms — a police officer ordering a person out of a car following a traffic stop and conducting a pat-down to check for weapons did not violate the Fourth Amendment. Thanks.
