This is a question as well as a suggestion, but recently I got banned and I plan on making ban appeals as such and keeping in connection with the community and I like to see what is going on and I can do that on the forums by looking at the reports and discussions. However on the discord server and on the eclipse panel I am denied access to do anything I cannot even see the panel and it just tells me to make a ban appeal, my suggestion is to make it so if people get banned they can still talk in the discord with the community and look on the server panel to remember there progress and look at things relating to the server, I have spent allot of time on the forums talking and staying in touch which is one of the main reasons why I want to create a ban appeal more to get back in the actual server itself and I feel like if there other people that are banned and have the opportunity to stay in touch looking at the community through things like the discord and looking at there progress and what they lost on the panel then they as well may fell more compelled towards creating a ban appeal themselves and accepting what they did wrong and make a change to become better which would then bring them back to the server increasing the quality of their and others RP and increasing the server pop more. The question is, is there a reason why banned people can only see the forums and cannot see the discord and the server panel, I understand that they should be banned from the discord if they started ripping into the admins that issued the punishment and being negative/toxic but I see nothing wrong with people like me who just want to talk and interact, I have seen some people in the past have the same role as me that says game-banned but however are still speaking in the discord, I don't know there circumstance but if there is a way I can get back into the server panel and the discord I would like to know. Long story short my suggestion is to not ban people banned from the game itself from the discord and the server panel.

/vr 1 has been around for so long everyone kind of gets that if they cant hear someone then they have to /vr 1 and people understand that, its just new players who get annoyed no one can hear them and don't know the command to type to fix the problem until someone tells them in /b to do it.

I'd say post an appeal in the Ban-Appeal section of the forums in the decision appeal sub forum so It is seen quicker and seen by the right people to deal with the situation. If you mention who you have been banned by in the report and explain that you have never even played and don't know what has happened, it will be investigated by the member of staff who issued the bad and they will come to a resolution.

If I am thinking of the right one I wouldn't count that as an RP server because of the amount of people speaking out of character and how hectic it is ECRP is based on my opinion allot better and RP realistic because admins are strict on rules to keep RP to standard and are good at doing so.

no comment, I'm banned read the rules thoroughly and you'll get it, you just maybe missed a bit in the rules. I also don't think you can change the quiz unless you get it wrong the final 3 change I think, may be wrong as I haven't done it for a while. Also the better you understand them the easier your time will be playing this RP.

They didn't do anything wrong or abusing there role of power, but if they where it would be IC as there are good and bad cops everywhere IRL its unlucky when you get a cops arresting you for doing something as stupid as going through a red light or something like that, however at the same time I've straight up driven on the wrong side of the road max speed past a cop and they haven't done anything about it so kind of evens it out at the same time for me (although the amount of cops that love to arrest people for whatever reason and get into car chases is insane because they've been sat on the side of the road behind a bush trying to capture speeds for the last hour and will make their RP experience more fun and better) Situations in this server dealing with cops as a criminal can be frustrating sometimes even though its IC and completely fair, you could spend an hour fishing and gather 10k for your new car and then loose 3k of it in 10 seconds by driving through a toll booth and a cops seeing it in 3rd person a mile away then RPing cameras at the toll booth station giving you a ticket after. Its also easy to say don't drive through the open toll booth then and you wont get any of these fines but IDK it was just an example of something small. At least you where not one of the people who have has the fingerprints on gun problems, then you would really feel as if they have done you dirty even though its just a glitch.

I never thought about that and its true Also surely when you got to like the 3rd time of your car getting chopped you must have thought, Do I park it here again and risk it happening again. And it being a 15k chop I would assume you have enough money to park it in parking or have an apartment? If you could report someone without evidence it would be hearsay and wouldn't ever work, also you don't know who did it so don't have a name or ID

I think the rule changes are all very good decisions and has been explained very well to how and why it made sense to change to rules the way they did. This server continuously gets better as changes like this one and changes IC happen making for better RP. however the only thing I still disagree with is the severity of the fines that come with the crimes because yes it is not jailtime but taking allot of someone's money acts the same way because for some people (especially criminals who are mostly the ones getting these fines) it takes them allot of time to get that money and for me was very demotivating to engage in RP scenarios not because of the jailtime but due to the fines. For example someone may spend a while fishing at the pier, a very common way to make money, then after done dropping of their fish at the sell point forget there's a speeding camera this once and get fined all the money they've just made fishing at the pier, they have now just completely lost their hard works money fishing due to one very small mistake. Another example would be when IC I was being mean to the officer arresting me which made him decide to add allot of charges to try and get the fine as high as possible, I then had 34k in fines (although seen allot worse) and would mean after id done finishing the sentence I would either have to and work for a long time to make the money back or then engage in/or cause poor RP with lack of equipment. In my opinion the problem there wasn't the officer it was the fact that base pay per hour on most government jobs is 5k and that meant it would take 7 hrs to make back the money (obviously I wouldn't be able to get a job like that if I had just got out of DOC so could possibly be harder unless I had a full on drug lab which not many do) This also leads back to criminals having to spend more money anyway (on guns and other supplies) to have a chance to fight against SD or LSPD as they are government funded. I Personally would like a server where it's more enticing to become a criminal rather than people joining SD and shitting on all the poor player with their free shotguns and .50s depending on their rank. Again this is my opinion and am open to see anyone else opinion on mine weather it be good or bad .
