  1. Player(s) being reported: ID 222 Date of interaction reported: 11/SEP/20201 Unix time stamp from HUD: Your character name: Isaac Bishop Other player(s) involved: Steve Blata Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players may not kill victims who have complied with a plausible demand in reasonable time unless involved in severe hostile activity against them or an ally within 3 hours. Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive. Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable. Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) Entering into a situation in the cellblock following the lead of a superior officer (Steve Blata, ID 31) in order to address a pair of inmates that were causing some manner of staged conflict. There was an attempted defusal where all the RP was set into place with my own character acting as an auxiliary support to the superior. At one point, the inmate performs proper RP to escape the officer, at which point my character is told to give chase. Once outside, there is no RP, no spoken words, just fists being thrown. I would not have thought much of it until he attempted to finish off my character despite being actively pursued by another officer. The video will also show the man shrugging off a taser shot and finding himself able to fight back despite the deployment of less than lethal means. Even had the situation not ended in my characters injury, I felt the situation was poorly handled by the reported party and falls well within the lines of DMing. Evidence of rule breach: DM Evidence Proof of Request for PoV to be saved. It is likely that ID 31 will not have PoV saved as I forgot to actually mention it to him until I had already gone and returned from MD.
  2. RESPONSE Isaac Bishop here. My recount of the incident is as follows: I was leaving the cellblock after some time had been spent with superior officers handling an MSI and general interaction with the current prison populace. Things had remained relatively calm and peaceful with only one inmate causing a huge fuss (ID 93 at the time). When the cellblock began to clear, I made my exit and was headed to the front when I heard the same call that came from the evidence in regards to the location of prisoners in the hall leading to Solitary. I decided to take the most direct route through visitation after seeing Martin (ID 237) head that way as well. I remembering hearing him call our positions on the radio because I made a very similar call directly afterward despite the audio not being picked up in the video. Entering through the door, I witness a gun pointed at 144 but I likewise did not hear any clear demands given, presumably due to a need for a /vr command reinforced by the fact that I also didn't hear any communication from 237 as he began to take his leave of the situation. I was then struck by ID 144 multiple times before I managed to discharge my taser. As the effects of the taser persisted, I attempted to conduct RP to hold down and subdue the inmate, which can be seen in the evidence provided above. ID 144 disregarded the after effects of the taser as well as failed to reply to my RP and instead rushed through the doors. I did not arrive in the cellblock until after the rifle had been discharged. Upon arrival, I was asked by Kourtney with a K to assist Leo, and did so by bringing him outside to be driven to the medical center. My involvement with the situation ends there. Prior to this, any interaction that myself and 144 had was respectful conversation in the cellblock (I didn't even know their name ICly until this report). Despite his poor response, I can see this simply as a heat of the moment decision that the player likely wouldn't have made with a more clear head in regard to DMing me, though I would have liked the RP to have been regarded and the effects of the taser to have been properly RP'd. I have no evidence of my perspective as I was not asked to save POV or screenshots after the incident occurred.
  3. (300 words maximum) So I was just chilling on the pier, not really paying attention and watching memes. See some one start talking in the chat box and swing my camera around to observe. Some words are exchanged that I can't hear but dude just pulls out his gun and lays out a new player. Don't know what dude did to deserve it but pretty sure you can't just lay some one out in the open, and if demands were given, I don't feel like enough time was given for compliance. I couldn't hear what was being said but it looks like an unreasonable escalation to violence in a public place, and again a new player at that. After he blaps the dude, he gets in his car and speeds off. Says he RP'd something with the dude but I didn't see any RP as will be shown in the clip. Evidence of rule breach: I apologize for the longer video and terrible camera angle but I wanted to try and capture the entirety of the exchange, so I wanted to make sure I included a shot of before the new player arrived on scene. I also apologize for the whack background audio. I was tabbed out and watching memes. Some of which include bad language. It was 5 a.m and I was just vibin. POV video - https://streamable.com/gzn1a9 PM of me asking dude wtf was happening and telling him to save POV. Kind of a shame for the language there at the end but I understand dudes frustration.
