I would suggest that we implement grouped text messages so people are able to send 1 message to 30-50 people in 1 go making it easier for criminals to send out frequencies. Or even help legal workers with their events if they wanted a certain amount of people to come, all they would need to do is write 1 message and have it sent to them all. - Make a limit on it, for example 30 people be allowed in 1 text message as standard, and you could also add something in credits where if you purchase a new contract phone bundle, it will allow you to send 40-50-60 more people in 1 go instead of the normal 30. Would help massively and should be pretty normalised.

When it comes to housing, I usually have loans, and the loan companies all evaluate whether or not the house is worth that price tag and will give you a set amount. I was only offered 2.5mil, pushing to 2.8mil at most to be given as a loan for this house as it’s not worth the price on the door. Legit, the rest im putting up as cash but your price is beyond. it’s a Bungalow, if it was a two storey or maybe a 4g then I would be like okay, 4mil is do-able but it’s a 3G. Like I said, the absolute maximum I can pay is 3.5mil and that’s out my own pocket with 2.8mil as a loan.

The highest I’ll go is 3.5mil and that’s me overpaying but I won’t go any higher than that, on auction these houses went for 2.5-2.8mil.
