I then attempted to deliver the mail again to the location but I get the error " You are too far away from the mail delivery location!".

I went and checked the address of the warehouse next to the high end and it was in fact the correct address.

The jobs was completed but I noticed that one kept getting accepted but never completed, I decided to try it myself and this is when I noticed the bug. To replicate this bug go to the Post OP job and become an employee and spawn a truck, when you are in the truck Press Y or use the /vieworders command and accept the 43 Magellan Ave job, then go to the mail box location and use the command /pickupmail the GPS will then give you a location and it will be out at sea.
