Hey, was thinking that instead of using the chat to inform everyone to close a report is unnecessary as there could be better solutions to that, I think that it would be convenient to create a form for pop up or something that comes up 5 minutes-ish each time if you've created a report that says that " you have an active report submitted, cancel with /cancel report if you no longer need help. I think this would be better as people tend to forget they created a report at times, as I've done myself. I think that the people that create one report should get this message so that he would see that he still has a report active. As people tend to forget they created a report, writing to the whole server that they should remember to close inactive reports would be worse than having a scripted message show up to every person that created a report. A suggestion to what the message would look like is for example: Jeremy Johnsen, you've created a report 20 minutes ago, if your report is no longer active, please use /cancelreport. I believe this is better so that every person that creates a report, will get this message anyway, and not the people that doesn't create a report that often.
