  1. Character name(s): Martino Fallaci Admin who issued punishment: shimo Date of punishment: 06.28.2020 Punishment received: " Warning / Spoken to " Reason given for punishment: I was spoken to about stealing a car at Los Santos Customs which had been RP'ly keys removed. (The mechanic never showed any RP that the car he gave me which was not mine did not have keys inside of them) Your explanation of what happened: I was at Los Santos customs and attempted to steal cars inside of the mechanic workshop, I attempted to steal them in a fashion that would not create any form of suspicion or lots of attention. I went into the mechanic workshop and asked the mechanic if he was done fixing my car, as he was. He started to drive the vehicle out of the workshop and that was when I asked him if my car was done. He said that it was done and he got out of the car WITHOUT RP taking the keys out of the ignition as It would have been inside there as he was driving it. I got into the vehicle and started driving as the keys would've been inside the ignition as the vehicle would've ran. Also the mechanic never attempted to PM or show me any kind of evidence there was no key in the ignition and as I would'nt have been able to start the vehicle if there was no key, he could've said this with RP. And another thing, he never would've RP'd that the vehicle would'nt have a key in the ignition and only take advantage of that if someone would've actually stolen it. The mechanic literally gave me the car and I started driving it, he didn't RP anything that there was no key in the igntion, so how could I have known? It makes no sence at all that he just gave me the car without RP'ing there was no key in the ignition, and then after realising someone stealing it, taking advantage of the fact he " RP'd " there not being a key in the ignition. And making a report saying that I stole a car which he had been " RP'd " not having a key in the ignition. Why should your appeal be accepted?: My appeal should be accepted because I feel that this " warning/spoken to " was not necessery as I feel I didn't feel I actually did anything wrong. As I maybe could've done for example /do Would the key be inside of the ignition? " But in another way, I don't think this was really necessery BECAUSE the mechanic did not RP that the key wasn't inside the ignition as he got out of the vehicle that he just drove in front of me. There was no indication that the key would'nt be inside of the ignition as the mechanic literally drove the car in front of me and not saying for example " /do No key would be inside the ignition " as this is the first thing you do when you sit inside of a car IRL ". This is why my appeal for this warning should be accepted and voided because I feel I didn't break the rules or could'nt have done a whole lot difference in it. The mechanic as said previsouly in the " explaination of what happend " that the mechanic never showed any type of RP when I took the vehicle that there was no key in the ignition which makes no sence that he didn't because if he knew that I was the owner he would'nt have needed to RP there not being a key in the ignition. I feel that the mechanic could've said in " /do " that there was no key inside of the ignition as he was driving the car in front of me while handing the car over to me without doing any form of RP. This is the whole reason to why this Warning was unecessery from my point of view and I would like you to consider a " void " for this. (As I forgot to tell " Shimo " when we were talking about how IRL it would be unrealistic for a mechanic shop to leave their keys inside of the ignition I forgot to mention that the mechanic was already driving the veicle OUT of mechanic shop and was not actually working on it at the time. He was actually about to leave while driving the car and did not perform any type of RP of him removing the key/showing to me with RP that the key would'nt be there. That's Why I feel it's wrong that I recieved this Warning/Spoken to " on my admin log. I always intend to create a best RP experience for everyone and I feel that this time it was not fair that I receieved this as the mechanic very clearly gave me the car without performing RP of removing the key out of the ignition or showing me it with RP that he had removed the key. Post any evidence or further details: This is a picture of the mechanic involved. ID 131, Unix Stamp code " 1593365639 "

Player(s) being reported: ID 341 Date of interaction reported: 18:06:2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1592492783 Your characters name: Martino Fallaci Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: " OOC Insults " How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 341 broke the rules by repeatedly insulting in OOC chat because he was mad appearently that I got the job at the toll booth when he walked away from it to have a look at a injured guy. After insulting me multiple times in OOC chat, he continued on complaining that I didn't use my microphone and so on. After attempting to PM him and tell him that he should refrain from insulting OOCly in chat and that it would only be his problem he didn't seem to get what I meant. I don't know what the punishment/warning he will get for this, but I tried to tell him in PM, but yet it doesnt seem like he kows the consequences. That's why I reported him now for his OOC insults. Evidence of rule breach: At my last screenshot it's not possible to see Unix Stamp code because I lost connection to the server.

    Towing

Please make it possible for civilians to tow each other cars because there is never one single mechanic responding to a mechanic call......
  6. Hey, was thinking that instead of using the chat to inform everyone to close a report is unnecessary as there could be better solutions to that, I think that it would be convenient to create a form for pop up or something that comes up 5 minutes-ish each time if you've created a report that says that " you have an active report submitted, cancel with /cancel report if you no longer need help. I think this would be better as people tend to forget they created a report at times, as I've done myself. I think that the people that create one report should get this message so that he would see that he still has a report active. As people tend to forget they created a report, writing to the whole server that they should remember to close inactive reports would be worse than having a scripted message show up to every person that created a report. A suggestion to what the message would look like is for example: Jeremy Johnsen, you've created a report 20 minutes ago, if your report is no longer active, please use /cancelreport. I believe this is better so that every person that creates a report, will get this message anyway, and not the people that doesn't create a report that often.
  7. Hello Jasmine, there was prior interaction before this video, but when the reported party said that " if you call me nigger again I'm going to kill you " I turned on filming, because as the rule states, you cannot kill another player without a proper roleplay reason. Why would this report be denied if I have all the evidence confirming he shot me for no reason?
  8. Player(s) being reported: ID 2 Date of interaction reported: 16.04.2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1587001856 Your characters name: Martino Fallaci Other player(s) involved: ID 1, ID 13, ID 160 Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? He shot me because I told him he was a nigger, it's not a valid reason to kill someone. He had no reason whatsoever to shoot me at all. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/vvx4ic
  9. It has been 3 days with no response, is it time to give the verdict?
  10. No I dont have any footage with my VOIP, but i just said shit to him, like you are a bitch and saying fuck you. Nothing else special.

The person broke the rules because he shot me a total of 3 times for absolutely no proper roleplay reason, he told me to tell him he is my king, then I said you are a bitch and then he shot me three times almost killing me. Player(s) being reported: ID 123 Date of interaction reported: 07.04.2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1586289198 Your characters name: Saul Summerville Other player(s) involved: Others Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. 11. No Crime Zones (NCZ) A no crime zone is an area where players may not commit any actions considered crimes. Players must not disobey orders of law enforcement officers but are allowed to flee. The /NCZ command and HUD notification are indicators of being in a protected area although it is up to administrator discretion if your actions are in violation of NCZ rules. If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area. Players may not go to a NCZ within 15 minutes after engaging in criminal activity, unless you are turning yourself in to law enforcement. How did the player break the rule(s)? Standing on top of my Taco Van is NON RP and is poor RP. he also hit my taco truck multiple times including several times earlier than this video, but didnt get evidence of that. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. How did the player break the rule(s)? This person broke the rules by not answering to my /me and /do. He didnt answer any of it at all and was clearly in the text not interested in roleplaying. He simply said that he was waiting for an ambulance and didnt roleplay at all. You can watch what he replied when I was answering him with my /me and /do. Multiple others nearby also told me how bad this person was at RP and is in this situation generally not doing anything to contribute to good RP. Evidence of rule breach:
