Not everything should be a "If the cops fuck up, Just IA report" Everything is just IA report. Not all cops are bad but it seems the bad one show their face way more often.

"Collection time"
Recently we went to a few stores around the city and offered our "Protection" to the cashiers. They were all informed what would happen if they did not pay up. Well it appears some of them did not catch the idea. We kept our promises and went to collect the money Ourselves.
After taking all the money, I wanted to leave the cashier with one last reminder why you should keep up with your "Protection" payments.
Not even the cops will stop us from collection what is owed
So, we got out money. Put fear into our client. Got away from the cops.
Today was a good day

This is going to be a small post, but with the (In my opinion) decline of criminal RP I have been trying to finds ways to have some fun, I recently started to try to raid RV's, After nearly 100 lockpicks I finally found one with locked safes on the inside but after trying to use bolt cutters, nothing would work.
I suggest adding some kind of item/mini game for picking/breaking into safes so not everything needs to be a house raid.-

"Loose Ends"
During the recent times of uncertainty, one thing is for certain, money controls the city. After recent changes in the government and new laws they added, people are unsure how they will continue to survive. Me personally, this is a low time for me. I can't imagine how my members our feeling.
Then the idea came to me. After our recent moral and direction change we have been looking for a "subject" for our "protection". This has been a hard change because of the lack of interested people in the city trying to start something for them self but then it clicked. Whats the one group of people in the city that since day one have been bring in money.
The Store Owners.
Like the yacht heist, we has a similar goal in mind. To take from the rich man up top. When price fixing from all Gun Stores, General Stores, and Dealerships is being fed by the monopoly within our own government, someone needs to start knocking them down a few pegs. This is where we come in. We started planning and it boiled down to a few simple steps. We go into the store like a customer, have a few look out and "inform" the cashier what about to happen.
Even after having a gun pointed to his head, he was still resisting the idea. As to show him we mean business, we showed him what would happen if we were not paid.
After smashing the final bottle we started seeing some suspicious activity outside the story. This shows the "Quality" of the Police in our city, alert the person you are watching by running in front of our eyes. This is when we realized the store owner hit the panic button under the desk. I told my partner and we walked about casually, taking one final look at the cashier before leaving. Seeing the fear in his eye showed us we did what we needed to
When my team was done, we left the area. When we were trading cars we got told some information that made us glad we left when we did.
Taking one last look, we were successful
But this was not a small job, at the same time on the other side of the city we offered our "Protection" to other cashiers.
At the end of the day, this is a small hand in the poker game we all play.
But when played right, A small hand is all you need

In my opinion, removing the player cap on gangs is a big no-no for the health of the server.
I agree with this, I thing a way to encourage more gangs in the city is to make becoming official easier than it currently is, OR adding more things criminals can do that can be more lucrative

+1 to this, I have my personally feeling about how the SD/PD runs its operations and their ability's, But I think better RP/losing the "Just IA report" mentality would be a good step
