+1, would be nice for new players,, however should be restricted in terms on not being used for illegal activites.

I think drugs/alcohol should not be put in them But I also thing having a gun in them is ok because one of the questions about the gun license app is "where would you safely store it when not in use" But I also don't thing AK/Shotguns/Carbines should be in there. OR allow it all but also allow cops to do search and seizures to add more RP on peoples lock boxes.

Not a bad idea. I'd maybe make it small, 12-18 slots, and 50 volume.

Just enough to get new players by until they can get a stash car or 1G.
And of course no illegal items allowed as its in an NCZ.

That would be my only issue with it, is it could be abused to make it impossible for certain items to be stolen.
Not a bad thing I guess, especially if its a small size stash.

Ya like anything illegal should not be allowed, or allowed can if searched by police can we taken, I was thinking like legal handgun storage (So they cant be stolen when not in use) and spare GPS's/Map's. And for the handguns it would give more meaning to the "Where will you store this when not in use" question.

  3. I feel in the bank there should be a Safety Deposit Box in the that you can store a small amount of items in as a median between using your car and using a house. I feel it should have a size of anywhere from 25-50. Im saying this because when you don't have a house you kinda need to store everything in your car and if it gets stolen, or you get robbed its all gone.  Thanks for reading.

If you are a fully legal citizen who refuses to ever engage in criminal activity, you will likely not go through 50 rounds very quickly.
In what situation are you getting into regularly as a fully legal citizen where you are discharging your firearm constantly?

I used my heavy on a person who was trying to steal my car and I hit them a number of times and they did not die. So de-sync/lag issues are a problem and that fact that you can buy a gun/gun license but cant get ammo leaves a hole in the RP.

I actually disgree for 3 reasons:

    1) 50 rounds should be plenty for law abiding citizens. By the time a civilian has to fire 50 rounds (heres a hint, I've fired zero bullets in almost a year of play) its probably ok to have to spend 10k for a new weapon. Law abiding citizens shouldnt really need to buy ammo often, meaning this change really only benefits crims.

    2) Pistol ammo can be sold for a decent price right now. I think this actually adds RP. It means pistols with rounds are actually valuable. And finding rounds to sell is actually worthwhile.

    3) Rounds dont have serial numbers, and this would be rather easy to use to just fill up gangs pistol ammo. Legal citizens would have no risk in doing so, making this, again, more of a crim change.

tl/dr: civilians should rarely have to refill ammo, if ever. This change only benefits crims, and currently pistol ammo supply/demand seems fine to me.

You can buy ammo cheap if you know some illegal people but us people trying to stay legal are in a hard place in this situation

  6. +1. I was forced to buy a whole new gun after Wasting 25 round on a person and them not dying. De-sync can cause problems and buying bullets illegal causes problems for people trying to stay legal. Makes zero sense why I need to buy a whole new gun to get more ammo to stay legal.
