The wind was whistling through the silo with the windmill creaking away as the Four Seas Order was discussing their plans for today: A bank heist. After the success of the previous one, the crew was eager to get their hands on some more money that wasn’t theirs. Yet.

    sTwPUYK.jpg

Their target would be the same Fleeca Bank on Route 68 that they had robbed before. Having learned from the past heist, they adapted their strategy. Once their scouts had set up, the heist crew moved out to the bank and stormed inside.

They held up the tellers as Ling began drilling into the vault. With the first door out of the way, they busted the second one open. Time was short, as the alarm had already gone off. Like vultures, they began grabbing the packed money, stuffing it in their bags. Once again, some safe doors were also broken into and raided.

Unfortunately, the Sheriff’s Department decided to crash the party when they made their way to the location.

    “1 cruiser...2 cruisers...3 cruisers, dip!”

The Four Seas Order’s adjustments proved successful since the cavalcade of white cruisers was spotted early enough for everyone to get out in time and split up. Sighs of relief, followed by cheering took over the radio frequency.

    5sfmFbK.jpg

After laying low for a bit, the Order met up to count the money they had gained. Not bad. The heavy bag was thrown in the middle of them so that everyone could marvel at it. That feeling never gets old.

Satisfied with the outcome, they decided on the only logical conclusion. “Let’s do another one.” The eyes of just about everyone lighting up and with their minds set on more money, the idea was met with resounding agreement.

    pnQFbPy.jpg

They quickly stored the money from the first heist and made their way to the Great Ocean Highway. Scouts set up. Drill ready. Let’s go.

You know how plans sometimes change?

    “Cops.”

While the first heist ended with a sigh of relief, this one ended with a sigh of disappointment. Police must have already been on their heels, judging by how fast they were already making their way over to the spot of the robbery, even though Tyler tried distracting them. No big deal, everyone got out and the cops never saw a thing.

The decision was made to just lay low. They had made their money and had their fun. Additionally, they had a party to attend later as well.

    Pqc2D5U.jpg

After weeks of anticipation, La Familia Michoacana were finally opening their Arcade Nightclub and the Four Seas Order were looking forward to an evening of drinks, music and relaxation.

After fun conversations on the outside, they headed inside to mingle with the people on the inside. Meeting old friends, dancing to Backstreet Boys and enjoying drinks among their peers served as the perfect end to a successful day.

    Part 1

    The Blueprint

A lot of planning goes into a bank heist. Stake out your surroundings and plan for any unforeseeable circumstances.

    UUyjFkE.jpg

Jerome has been staking out the Fleeca Bank for a few hours every day for the last week. Getting to know the routines of the employees, money transports and the local police presence, timing and taking notes on the regular daily activities.

    wfgkkNd.png

Soon enough he had gathered enough intel to continue shaping the plan and start informing the rest of the gang. Meeting up in a hangar of the Los Santos Airport, Jerome went through the plan with everyone, showing the all-black outfit everyone would wear during the heist, as well as the timings and routines he had taken note of.

    Mi1xBgQ.jpg

The plan was simple: Two scouts, one north, one south. Two people hold up the tellers, one person drills through the safe door. Then of course you gotta pick the security door. After that, everyone just grabs what they can get their hands on. Once one of the scouts calls out cops over the radio, everyone leaves. Practicing the plan, it became apparent that bikes were a better option over cars because of the better ability to scatter and confuse law enforcement.

    2kid2zx.png

Once Jerome felt comfortable with everyone’s knowledge of the plan, the team gathered to discuss some final details before leaving the airport and laying low until the right opportunity presented itself.

“Just give me a call and we’ll help you out.” Chris had put on his warmest smile and best suit for this day. He shook the internet cafe’s owner’s hand and got back in his trusty Jester Classic. With a sigh of relief, the Golden Panda crossed out another name on his list.

    TBsBwc7.png

Thomas and he had spent the day cruising through Little Seoul, meeting with business owners and local residents, going over their needs and wants and of course, how the Lau Foundation might be able to help them out. With his background in graphic design, Chris had prepared business cards for himself that were given out at each of these visits.

    Ff8ZWYB.png

“Job almost done.” The two made their way to the Korean Plaza to give out the last of their business cards before calling it a day. A stressful one for sure, but also a rewarding one, as the happiness of those that they protect is a top priority for the Lau Foundation and thus the Four Seas Order.

    Owuh7cR.png

Crossing the last name of the list, Chris and Thomas headed back to the Noodle House to report back to the rest of the family and relax. They had certainly earned it.

    --- Later that day ---

Chris was getting ready for bed when he noticed his phone ringing.

    “What the…”

Who would call him this late?

    j1KPCIE.png

Taking another look at the time, he picked up the call, masking his tiredness to the best of his abilities. To his surprise, it was the owner of the local hair salon.

    “Kellermann, how can I help?”

    “Mhm...mhm…”

    “Your brother?”

    “Of course…”

“I’m sure we can get something arranged…”

    ---

Ever since taking up the Noodle House, the Four Seas Order have steadily been working on making Little Seoul theirs. Fending off petty criminals, protecting local businesses and community outreach - the denizens of this neon-lit neighborhood have certainly made notice of their new neighbors, everyone expressing their gratitude in their own way.

With their influence rapidly spreading throughout Little Seoul, it was time to get the word out to the rest of the city. Chi and the Pandas came up with an excellent idea and immediately got to work on the first issue of the Little Seoul Times. With the help of the local copy and print shop, they printed out batches to be given out to the rest of Los Santos.

Of course they had a moral duty to make sure everything printed in this newsletter was of the utmost news quality.

    (Party Time)

Where there’s a party, there’s drugs and Los Santos was about to have a big one. With the announcement of Sandchella, a music festival held on the Sandy Shores airfield, Los Santos had its citizens ready to party and forget about the stress of life for a while. The Four Seas Order knew exactly how to take advantage of that and were more than happy to supply some stress relievers.

Preparing for a big day, Leo visited their favourite citizen of Little Seoul to pick up bags and drug scales.

    forlyosha.thumb.jpg.ba1b2a8c6995161e7b02ef43f6a37f7d.jpg

With the supplies in the bag of his van, Leo made his way up to his house in Sandy where Ling and Jackson were already working hard on the tables, preparing drugs to be packed up and sold at the festival.

    forlyosha1.thumb.jpg.53d2a551652e6c6cf41fd6be90f5da36.jpg

With their bags filled with weed and ecstasy, they made their way to the festival site.

The crew hid their bags inside the bushes a few meters removed from the event, out of sight from the many cops patrolling the area. Once they made sure that no one could spot their goods, they marched through the dry Sandy Shores heat, past security and into the festival, seeking out their first customers.

    forlyosha2.thumb.jpg.08ab3a66ef3286ea690f80a62fd43e42.jpg

It didn’t take too long for the group to sell their first batch of drugs to the festival goers, who were more than appreciative of the weed and pills. This evening was going to be a fun one.

Not long after, it became apparent that the plan was a total success. The Four Seas Order had seemingly hooked up half of the festival with drugs to last the festival and then some.

    forlyosha3.thumb.jpg.a7046348f183f90325edbd1d4d36b403.jpg

Thomas and Ling met an old friend they had not seen in a while and after a friendly chat to catch up on what all had happened and to explain what brought them to this festival. Thomas knew that his friend had been a lifelong raver and thus offered to sell the last batch of his drugs to him, which he happily accepted.

    forlyosha5.thumb.jpg.f52fa70913cf5423cccfdd97ff405c6c.jpg

Job well done, all the drugs had been sold and so the group met back and headed back to their drug van to count the spoils of the evening. Once the cash was shared within the crew, they decided to head back into the city, capping off a successful day.

--- (Bringing the Community Together) ---

The sun was setting, begging to dip below the horizon when the roar of car engines began to fill the parking lot of the The Pipeline Inn. The parking spaces soon filled, engulfing the area in a mix of exhaust fumes, random chatter, and a variety of music coming from the different vehicles. People from all walks of life within Los Santos had come out to take part in the festivities of the night.

    carmeet1.thumb.jpg.7bd29997501be71786f71e2c7477944e.jpg

The maroon Chino Custom was pulled up in front of the establishment and soon a DJ was blaring music behind it, all the while raffle tickets were being bought up in hopes of winning the displayed car. Those in attendance gathered, old friends seeing each other again and new friends meeting for the first time. For one night it didn't matter what set you represented or what position you held in the city, everyone came together.

    carmeet2.thumb.jpg.228bf98ba03fed166228bbf4f7f09a32.jpg

Not even the presence of the LSPD would dissuade the event goers, with some of the uniformed police officers purchasing their own raffle tickets. Then came the squeak of hydraulics whistling through the night as the Vatos pulled up, filling out the rest of the parking spaces.

The night was already a success and it had only just begun. The legal workers associated with FSO moved through the crowds, monitoring the event. The opening of the Noodle House and the turnout from that had given them the much needed motivation to keep these community interactions going. Instead of hiding in the shadows the Four Seas Order had taken a different approach, boldly stripping away any mask to hide them from the public eye.

While running drugs, robbing, and eliminating rivals could provide profit there was a bigger picture in the eyes of FSO. These events allowed for networking across the board, legal and illegal coming together. Plans were made, contacts were established, and these interactions were breaking the mold used by every other illegal faction in the city.

    carmeet4.thumb.jpg.c8813414546312bc3b3eae624b53aa7f.jpg

As the night began to wind down the last calls for the car raffle were being made. A steady rotation of cars moved across the highway to take advantage of the free fuel from Purm's Pumps, the local petrol station that had sponsored the event. Others lined up using the fuel station's ATM to withdraw money for a last minute ticket.

    carmeet3.thumb.jpg.4edab7ee7bbe029f800515706f8289f1.jpg

As the crowd gathered around the Chino Custom the music lowered from the DJ. The onlookers glanced down to check their ticket numbers one last time while the event coordinators reached down to pull the winning stub. Even the LSPD took part, the announcement of the winner blared out over their megaphone. Despite only one person driving away with the prize there wasn't a single ounce of disappointment, the night had been one to remember.

The crowd started to disperse, with a long line of cars filing out of the parking lot. The members of the Four Seas Order watched until the final car exited, a bit of relief and a lot of pride within the group. Gathering together the crew stood for a quick picture before calling it a night. Their own caravan of vehicles speeding off down the freeway disappearing as they made their way towards the Noodle House.

    ---

While the conflict with Daichead Gadaí was raging throughout Los Santos and Blaine County, the Four Seas Order were still planning to open their Noodle House, as they have ever since buying the property.

Once they had settled on a date, Charlie and the Pandas began setting up the soft opening of what in the future shall become their way of connecting with the public.

    fsopremeeting.thumb.jpg.f36aed0721ab2c6da410569607c6c742.jpg

They decided that they would make this a private event, open only to certain other gangs and close friends. Invitations were sent out to their good friends of Los Aztecas and the Triads, and even their not-so-good Irish friends of Daichead Gadaí.

Over the next few days, people were asked to sign up as waiters and security for the evening as everyone was anticipating the big day. As a show of gratitude and respect, there would be no entry fee and food would be on the house; Their cook Thomas was in for a hell of a night.

Once Sunday had arrived and it was almost time to welcome their guests, everyone made their way down to the mask store to get dressed in their traditional outfits that they would wear from now on for their events at the Noodle House.

    fsoclothes.thumb.jpg.0c362f3e9e6ea4cc41ebbb20f0ca4df9.jpg

Upon their arrival back at the restaurant, the parking lot was already starting to fill up with Aztecas and Triads. The Pandas hosting the event greeted as many people as they could before heading inside for a final briefing to get everyone on the same page before the doors were to open and their guests could finally experience a taste of what FSO had in store for the future.

    MeetingFSO.thumb.jpg.d0fc0b6d689256d28e3eef29337c50d8.jpg

As the night kicked off, the tables were soon full of people, their conversations engulfing the room in chatter. Topics emerged and faded as fast as they could speak, after all Los Santos was a busy place. It was a rare occurrence though for this sordid crew to be able to relax and just talk over a nice hot bowl of noodles.

    fsocook1.thumb.jpg.0ebaf072927e17398234a8d5e6b8fd61.jpg

As the mouth-watering smell of the noodles filled the restaurant, some of the guests got up and started dancing and having a good time to the music being played by Travis, our DJ for the night.

    fsodance.thumb.jpg.5bdcc177fdd639347e3334691010ad5c.jpg

With the interaction still flowing amongst the occupants of the Noodle House certain staff suddenly showed a bit of an alarm in their expressions. The word had gone out that Irish were circling the block, making their presence known in a rather interesting fashion given that they were invited to the gathering. Cooler heads prevailed and the roar of the green motorcade faded into the distance. Those who had went on alert making their way back inside, casually returning to the conversations they had left behind.

As the crowd filed out after the final calls, the night had been a success on many levels. Even the Irish leadership had decided to stop by and make an appearance. The Noodle House began to wind down, waiters taking a moment to rest in a booth, dishes clanking in the kitchen, and congratulations on the outstanding opening night being passed around.
