This is an in-character issue and you should attempt to find out more information in-character ( IC ). Try and contact Law Enforcement and ask what exactly happened to your friend. At the end of the day, IC actions have IC consequences.

Hello, just an FYI. This has been a bug for a long time, not sure if it is Rage or the server. The penal code also does not include the color of traffic lights, so there are no problems/consequences with driving through them.

In addition to this, certain /anim's are also able to hide your ID. I believe /anim laydown is one of them, there might be more.

It has already been mentioned, but I believe the best solution is simply weapons dropping upon the death of a new player. 1k EXP is not sufficient to remove the new player tag, as mentioned above.

+1 | SD is often busy with other things to do, or things that are being prioritised. This would be a nice addition and a quality of life improvement.

Yes, there are many AHKs for law enforcement or regular players, some better than others. I am not familiar with the script detecting whether or not the doors are open or closed. Seatbelts could be used purely for RP reasons, they aren’t an actual function. Enjoy your day!

I sadly have never had much encounters with the Los Zetas. I remember joining SD last year, and without having seen them, everyone knew who they were. The Zetas left their mark on the island. It wasn't being said out loud, but deputies knew not to fuck with those in blue. We are left with memories and a void.
