Shooting from a Heli from Law Enforcement, Coast Guard, Military and private sector is common. Shooting from Heli at high speed is apart of national and international sniper tournaments.
Here is a video of shooting activist and Air Force Survival Instructor shooting from heli at wild hogs which is very small target to engage compared to a vehicle. Its more controllable and manageable than you would think. Food for thought...

Issue/bug you are reporting: At present the SWAT Gear Helmet and I presume SED helmet does not provide protection against toxic fumes such as from drug labs. The SWAT helmet has a filter on the front of it. Was wondering if this could be applied via game mechanics as well. We've had situations with barricaded suspects in drug labs that prevent FD from entering and at present SWAT has to go plain clothes to get a gas mask from Humane labs.
Expected behavior: N/A
Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: The SWAT helmet already has a gas mask and filter on the model.

Issue/bug you are reporting: I am unable to see the purple /ame text at the bottom of the screen. Aka notification that you locked your car or unlocked. That your getting a phone call etc.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I have re installed GTA, re installed rage mp. resest windows font, messed with screen resolution, double tapped f7.
Ive asked so many people and no one knows a fix. I have had this ever since i joined the server. Ive just delt with it until now. But with new update making lock and unlock car instant. I can never tell if my cruiser is locked or not without physically checking.

IF it was LSPD it would not have been full auto. There is only one fire arm permitted for use from heli and its single tap only.
