Date and time (provide timezone): ~9:30 PM EST 1/8/2020 Character name: Kyle Smyth Issue/bug you are reporting: I did a bank transfer to Zai_Lukivoki for $80,000. The transfer said it went through successfully on my end but he never received the money in his account. Expected behavior: He receives the bank transfer Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: The only thing of note I can think of is he was incapacitated during the time of transfer, I'm not sure if that would effect it or not but that's the only "odd" factor of the transfer the I can think of.

Rest in peace Harm, We didn't always see eye to eye but you were always good shit in my books. It's hard to believe that it's been close to 10 years since you were causing trouble on SARP lol. You will not be forgotten and will be missed. Best wishes to his friends and family.
