  1. So there are permissions to build and access a property but not one to be able to give keys to others, for realtors it can be a pain to get the owner of the house to be able to give keys to other people (often they lose intrest) this way it can be done on the spot using a command like /addpropertypermission ID keymanagment

It is a small simple addition that i feel is really needed.

Not really sure since me and 2 other friends put together for the place so gotta see what they say, what's a realistic offer you'd give for it?

Im going be real honest, 700K. The reasons why, it is shared, no external parking, no good view, no back pool (backyard is shared). If you owned all of them, that would be nice. Also it is out of the city. That is my offer

-1, i think this would lead to trolling, you give someone access to sell your property, they sell it, and get all the money, and requiring permission from the original owner would mean that they would need to be IG anyways, so they could drive down and use the current system.

My opinion is that it would be very untrustworthy and risky, and i think it is a step that is not really required.

I do agree there and had thought on it. But what about beine able to give and remove keys?

  4. I believe if you are a manager of a property, you should be able to have more power.

    For example,

    • Be able to give keys to other people.
    • Set a price on the door with approval from owner.

The reason for this is because  if one is a realtor and wants to give access to someone interested in renting or buying, you should be able to give keys without having to contact the owner. Most real estate companies work like this in real life.

  5. When you rent houses that you don't own to others, it is frustrating that you need the owner to come in the city to give the keys to the renter. Make it in such a way that the owner can give you the permission (to give keys) to people renting the house. That way it is all down to the real estate agent and the owner of the house can remain anonymous.
