For simple questions such as this, consider using the I have a question channel in the eclipse roleplay discord. You are likely to get a much faster response.

Call 911 and tell them the address and floor number that you're stuck in.

It seems to work fine in my testing. Are you sure you typed the name properly? Edit: I didn't read the notes, didn't test through the bank itself my bad. Thought it transitioned to only phone.

I've seen this once before. Same exact situation. Ended up needing a senior admin to /getglobalveh to force it out of whatever limbo it was trapped in.

To add to this. Any source that can be used for fishing, has no height limit for interacting with it. So filling a water bottle, or casting out your line, can be done as long as you're above it. Though fishing can't be done too far out into the ocean, so attempting to do it from a scripted properties interior failed, but water bottles don't seem to have a limit to how far out they can be used at, and as long as the wall and floor ends meet, it thinks you're directly above the water and will allow you to refill your bottle through the wall. If it's possible to set a height limit, that'd work, or just making it so it cant fill that far out would work too, because as far as I know, it's the only kind of property that exists over water like that.

The server is already located in a centralized location within the world. Any delay you'd have with the server would be due to your network stability. Speeds don't matter, connection quality/stability does.

It's been broken for over a year now, you can just ignore it, not doing it won't make a difference with anything.

@Emulsify can you confirm these issues persist for you aswell? At least the f6 ones. The UI is intended to go to the edge of your screens.

The phone as well as certain other UI elements do not scale for lower/higher resolutions and we're developed with the standard 1920x1080 in mind. If you go smaller than 1080p, they'll be bigger on the screen, or if you go higher than 1080p, they'll be smaller in the screen, as they won't scale at all. You can fix this by changing your in-game resolution to a higher value, I recommend at least 1280x720 at a minimum.

Other icons such as apartments, and taxis are also only visible while in dimension 0

@Architer I never banned this person. The ban text shown is for another account and should not be appearing for them. Will need a senior staff member to look into it to see if there's any specific reason this is showing sometimes.

Must restart the game to try another. Expected behavior: Should let you try a different name without needing to restart the game. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Create a character, choose a name that is already taken, or put a space in it so it triggers the error saying its invalid, you hear the error sound effect, but it never shows, and it wont let you click finish to try another name until you restart the game. Additional: It also doesn't pop up with the error when clicking play and your application isn't reviewed. Additional Part 2: When joining for the first time and watching the camera pan around the city, it doesn't show any message when getting auto kicked for unauthorized software, causing players to be banned without knowing it.

can also turn down every other volume option in settings then turn the whole game up in windows, essentially raising the voice volume by comparison.
