    +1 to everything The mask thing bothers me more than it should. I think that this halloween parade makes the RP look worse and por since its not related to real life at all. Icly PD could help a bit by stopping the person in order to identify them, and make some questions about the reason of the person to remain hidden from others (due to the crime rates I think its viable).
