So can I report cops for speeding without lights for non-rp? Since cops don't do that IRL?

I dont know where you live... but when I lived in DC, cops would speed without lights on and turn their lights on just to get through red lights.
I thought it was dumb but it happened all the time.

This is all it says about hostages and kidnapping.

    • Players are allowed to kidnap or to take other players hostage for these specific reasons:

    • You have to have a roleplay reason to kill the victim in accordance with the a, b, and c points under DM section.

    • If you attempt to commit robbery of a property, you are allowed to hold the players within that property until you have finished the robbery. An NPC is not a valid hostage.

    • If a hostage situation involves police in any way all of players involved in holding the hostage may not take another hostage for 1 OOC week.

I dont see anything about "permission".

Fuck that we need rental trucks so there is unlimited rental trucks.

With the new mining system, people can abuse this, take the trucker job and mine with the free phantom forever.

  3. I will +1 again.

Need both gps by default and gps tracking in the roadside vehicles. Many people call mechanics just to rob them! Any type of fleet vehicles in the world we live in have gps tracking. It’s as easy as plugging in a $25 adapter into the obd2 outlet under the dash.

I feel that when driving from a 130kmph road to 70kmph you tend to get a speeding ticket of £2000 which is too high and not realistic

The government giving you $1,500 an hour for existing isnt realistic either. I think the fines are fine... get it.

But I will give a +1 for having warning signs. Even though, once you know where they are, then you know where they are.

Going to play devil's advocate here... Selling Cars or Houses under the table is an illegal action itself. Doing so you forgo paying taxes on the item. So even if you didn't get scammed it's still an illegal transaction that you're making at the bank so it shouldn't be done in a NCZ anyways.

So if there are no spots at high end, we can not legally sell a car? Is it actually illegal to sell a car without using high or low end?

If you think so... its your opinion and your money to spend.

If you see 3GS for under $500,000 grab them. Everyone bought houses and is looking for a quick flip. The demand for housing will continue to climb. Good long term investments.

Seller is 100% correct in asking for a $500,000 buy out for a 2g as prices will be back there in the coming months.

BS I work as a mechanic and there are often times when we are just standing around because there are too many people on duty... it takes a lot less time to repair a crime than chase a criminal, mechanics could do this job better than PD easily... the only thing is there is something to the "catching criminals with warrants" RP, it is not frequent, but it does happen so the whole system needs to be looked at. There are a lot of answers and I think the one thing most will agree on is the current system is broken.

I am also a mechanic and so your experience must be much different than mine. Recently we haven’t had enough people to even answer the mechanic request that have been out. In the last 48 hours that has changed because we have hired 11 new people.
