Pretty embarrassing but I restarted my PC after taking the above changes and it resolved the issue. Thread can be archived.

Info: Version 1.0 had no issues with Frame Rate, after version 1.1 was released, users are unable to get stable FPS and experience micro-stuttering issues: EXAMPLE: https://streamable.com/k8hiss Hardware: CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x GPU: NVIDIA 2080 Super Driver: NVIDIA 460.89 (Most Recent update release) NOTES: -GTA Single Player client does not experience the same issues and holds a steady ~120 FPS with no stuttering -Issue did not occur on 1.0 In-Game Settings: VSYNC - OFF Resolution - 2560x1440 GRAPHICS settings : https://imgur.com/yc4deVc Advanced Graphics settings: https://imgur.com/cD1ASsq Steps Taken: Re-installed RAGE Client. Lowered all graphical settings. Attempted to connect to server via Direct connect as well as via the browse function. Ensured NVIDIA Driver is up to date. Checked NVIDIA GTA settings.

Eclipse members, I'm sure many have experienced an issue with voice chat cutting out completely after an hour or so. What are the best configs/settings to use to help with this issue? -Based on the RAGE forums this seems to be an Eclipse only issues as other RAGE servers do not experience this issue -I am using the beta voice config.xml however it doesn't seem to make it any more reliable -Are there any windows/GTA5 settings I can configure to assist with this? -Does anyone NEVER have their voice cut out? I'm curious what settings may help - /VoiceReset does not seem to work for me, however sometimes it works for others, but only for 1 time. Let me know your thoughts and thanks in advance!
