My game freezes every 10-15 seconds.

Issue Being Reported: My game freezes every 10 or 15 seconds (varies a lot). Other than that the game runs very smooth it just freezes for a second and this causes me sometimes to crash while driving.
Date and Time of Issue (provide timezone): Always occuring

Other player(s) involved: N/A
Evidence and/or notes worth mentioning: One time the server was almost empty (after a restart) and it didn't freeze every 10 seconds, but it came back quickly as people joined the server again.
