+1 but I don't know if the owner of the gate should be alerted, with cars it functions as a remote car alarm but I've never seen a simple chain and lock which such remote alarm features. But I do get it's more fair for the owner to get alerted.

This house is atleast 650k worth keep in mind it's a standalone house which is of decent size, lots of room to build outside (think of a huge garage or a lounge/extra floor on top), pretty quiet street with a shop and gas station down the road. And just a couple of minutes driving from the bank, it's around the same time driving from Jamestown to bank.
