  1. Honestly any form of modification to the base files should be disallowed as they all give an advantage in one way or another.

    • Road modifications can provide more bumps in the road which allows cars such as the Rapid GT or Comet Retro Custom to go faster.
    • Sound modifications can allow people to hear shots/movement at further distances giving them strategical advantages in PvP.
    • Vehicle modifications can allow people to go faster and different vehicle models can cause certain areas of the car to be bullet proof. (If you have a model which has windows in a different position to the default model and the other player has the default model then the window will be marginally off, as a result making it hard for the player on default files to hit you).
    • Graphics modifications can allow people to see further in fog, see easier in the dark and see through foliage.

Any modifications to lighting, vehicle models or the map could be done server side if it suits the entire community.

  2. Logged in time ticks down at the normal rate.

Logged out time ticks down half as fast.

Completing different tasks through mini-game UI's would reduce prison time and would also give logged-in users something to do as opposed to watching Netflix on their second monitor. These tasks could include:

    • Collecting litter - Walk around the open prison area, empty trash cans and take the bag to a recycling center at the other end of the prison, rewarded per item dropped off.
    • Cleaning cells - Walk around each cell and use a command to put you in a mop animation, empty and refill your mop bucket in a mainetance cupboard, rewarded per mop bucket refilled.
    • Mining - Speaks for itself
    • Cutting trees - Same as the existing lumber job at Mount Chiliad, rewarded per item dropped off.
    • Painting - Walk around different areas of the prison and touch up the paintwork in corridors, just trigger a suitable animation against a wall, rewarded per animation.
    • Crafting clothes/shoes - Collect materials from one end of the prison, take them elsewhere, sew the clothes together and then drop them off somewhere else, rewarded per item crafted.
    • Playing chess - Chess minigame, rewarded for time spent playing (maybe a bit more for winning?).
    • Playing poker - Same script as tequila-la-la, rewarded for time spent playing (maybe a bit more for winning?).
    • Repairing DOC vehicles - Same script as mechanic shop, per repair you get reward (wouldn't necessarily have to be vehicles that are being used, could just spawn them in for RP sakes, i.e. service & MOT)
    • Cooking food - Collect materials from one end of the kitchen, take them elsewhere, cook the ingredients together and then drop them off somewhere else, rewarded per item crafted.

None of the above tasks would necessarily bring about a resulting item or monetary reward but it just gives people something to do and communicate over. Even fun social games such as chess or poker could provide reduced jailtime as it would incentivise players to engage with one-another rather than isolate themselves. At the end of the day the purpose of the game is to bring enjoyment to player and in its current state prison does not do that to any extent.

Increase the Fixed Release Fee on the Issi Sport

This applies to any vehicle thats in the credit store but not dealerships as it doesn't have an assigned cash value, i.e. Dubsta 6x6

  4. I've had the issue in the past where I accidentally walked into my apartment with a shotgun on my back but didn't notice as I couldn't see it on my client, I only realised when my friend pointed it out to me.

    Hello,

I would like to see more different house interiors or even empty houses with just walls to decorate as we want. I looked at a lot of houses and it bothers me that the 2g apartment lookst the best and that a 4G mansion looks exactly like an apartment.

Would be nice to see 4G houses have the interior of Michael's or Franklin's house, all 3G houses to have the "special 3G" interior, 2Gs and 1Gs can remain the same.

    • AP Pistol (Ammunation)
      • Automatic pistol, simply reduce its damage to balance.

Automatic weapons have no civilian application at all, should be added to the NPCs.

    • Reduce the damage  or make it equal to that of a SMG.
    • Illegally Smuggled Only

This has been given to faction leaders under special imports as their signature weapon, shouldn't be made available at the NPC.

      • Damage is weak, does less than a pump-action shotgun does.
    • Compact Rifle
      • No adjustment required.
      • Illegally Smuggled Only
      • Already a worse gun to the AK47 (currently in server)
    • Machine Pistol
      • No adjustment required.
      • Illegally Smuggled Only
      • Already worse gun to the Micro SMG (currently in server)

These are already apart of the special imports, no need for them to be added at the NPC. We get these via long and drawn-out roleplay scenarios with the leading criminal faction.

So I have been playing on the server for a couple of months now. I don't understand the 1 crash and you are completely stalled for 1-2mins. It means when you are in a police chase and your are the "Cat" or the "Mouse", you crash once and you either lose or win the chase. I drive IRL and if I was to stall the car it would take me less the 10s to get the car back up and running. I feel like the current system is complete NRP as it wouldn't take me 5-10 times to try and start the engine again. Changing this would lead to more interesting car chases where it would either come down to durability, fuel economy or more importantly driving skill (like a IRL police chase). I don't know how easy it is to change the RNG factor of the car starting when stalled but I do feel like a 70/30, 60/40 or 50/50 chance every time you try and start the vehicle would be fair, it seem like the current system its stacked against you for the car to just stall over and over. This change would benefit all people from "Crims", "Cops" and "Civ" and give the server a nice quality of life update.

If you crash a car head on at the speeds that police chases normally run at, the chances are you will damage the radiator or some other vital engine component, not to mention the physical injuries you would incur. Often you would get knocked out from hitting the dashboard/steering wheel/chairs in front or at the very least you would become dazed and confused from the airbags going off in your ears and the impact. Having a crash at 70kmh is not something the car or the driver would be able to walk away from within a few seconds.

If you can find an example of a car crash at 70-50kmh/50-30mph to disprove what I have mentioned in the above, feel free to link it.

  8. -1, if you crash then you will reduce your speed significantly and not be able to change gear down fast enough or there would be significant damage to the engine, this is why the car stalls. It makes no sense to remove this, and if you learn to drive well you will begin to notice cops wipe out more often than criminals.

My reason of keeping it limited was that i don't want the mind set of being in a paintball arena to spill out to other parts of the server.

I think at most this should be a server event and nothing more.

    I see it in reverse.

Those people who do a lot of shooting currently can let off steam in the paintball arena for an hour then once thats out of their heads, they can get stuck into roleplay of whatever form they wish.

Id much rather people run around shooting paintballs at eachother than running labs lighting eachother up for very little reason other than just because they're bored.

  10. There needs to be some sort of support for non-lethal weaponry whether that be paintball, airsoft or whatever else, a lot of people IRL partake in these activities as a past time.

Not to mention the fact everyone enjoys a bit of shooting every now and then, not matter if you're a civilian, LEO or a criminal.
