so why not be able to carry bikes on cars I mean irl I can maybe a car mod to do it but I wanna take my bike to hard to get to places with ease

maybe have a system where you can build a small setup in your house that can only make one thing, takes much longer, and can only have one of. and maybe have it findable in some way by police so that you don't have to be in a gang to be able to use labs cause they are always inhabited by them which makes it hard to use them
