Again you do die or would it not make sense if "someone finds you and brings you back" you would keep 100% of your items. You don't because your dead. The argument that "your never die you respawn" is absurd as none of the other things that would follow the whole your not dead deal don't. You die. You loose your stuff.
makes sense

I could see this being practical with the following two requirements.
1.) Contacts are stored in the cloud.
2.) Payphones set up within the city at places like the hospitals.
very cool idea

IF you die you should lose your phone as well.

Vehicle stalling is currently very sensitive as it is and unrealistic. RL impact sensors (which don't exist in GTA universe) would disable the fuel line and could not be reenabled until the vehicle is serviced.
Older RL vehicles however without crash sensors, could stall after a significant amount of damage for various reasons and could be easy-hard to start which come into play here. After a lot of damage (0 of 1000) not startable, which already happens.
you overcomplicate things

But I think the 'cooldown' should be more random and account for your attempt to start it as well as damage amount.

Crash - Vehicle Dies
- If vehicle takes 100?+ damage Start Chance Timer Starts at 1-10%
- If vehicle takes <100? damage start chance timer starts at 10-25%
- For every 1 second - Start Chance Adds 2-4%
- Try to start - Start Chance Adds 1-2%
At minimum, your vehicle could stall for 3 seconds, on average about 20 seconds, max 50 seconds.
Minimum should be 5 minutes, maximum 30. The point is to make people drive with more care and have an actual impact when they crash to make them think before trying their silly manouvers

Crash - Vehicle Dies

When a car's engine stalls from a crash, make the engine break ,instead of it being usable after 60 seconds.
This would make people drive with a lot more care and greatly improve traffic.

If you want to solve this pressure developers to reduce house loss from 3 months to 1. This way new players have a more reasonable incentive to buy a house and focus on interaction rather than worry about 200k for a 1g

Bring back the old 2017 F4 menu ,where EVERYONE can make their own group and add members

Regarding #2 ,the way housing is done, to make it more accessible to everyone ,especially new players who are just starting off ,the OFFLINE time before a house is placed back into the public market should be reduced from 3 MONTHS - to - 1 month.
-
it ends on the 6th, which is today, which means that it's still going lol people getting desperate but only increasing bids by 50k's lol

there's a reason you don't mention price is'nt there?

It's because the base asset value of a 1g house is around $20,000. You were still in the lower tax bracket (2%).

this house was just purchased for 4m, not sure why you think these are fake offers. don't think anyone is close to purchasing this house yet
i'd say it's worth around 4-4.5m if someone really likes it 5
i said that cause they were outbidding each other by 100 each time
