Take yer time. I specialized in administrative and field training work of this quality playerbase (but much larger population) for 3 years on NGG, so if you need help with HR when I get in I'll be glad to lend a hand.

Tested with @Xylum . Its the fps.. I see it daily when I chase down people etc..or even when we patrol with other officers. I always go ahead when I use my pc...and when I switch to my laptop I'm slower.

We have done multiple testing with vehicles...it's your FPS guys and not the capability of the cruiser it self. Therefore its the GTA Network. I can outrun a Nero with a pd cruiser... But I have 60 fps in my game.
