I went to check the other pistol and no bullets as well. I buy guns and no bullets, people lost money like this. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:

I just download other Launcher. Before i used GTA NETWORK but now i downloading GTA Multi Player Launcher. Go to https://gt-mp.net and download the client version then should work fine.
