  3. I'll keep this short and sweet, taking tyres after killing someone should be a rule break. Whether that be a breach of NLR or NRP. The only reason people do this is because they know the person they kill is going to have to collect their vehicle at some point after death. Its just toxic and a massive annoyance. Why should I have to face the reprocussions of a situation even though my character died? It makes no sense at all.

  5. Thats how its meant to be, crims can import 100ap max, however cops can have 200ap. So in the bottom left it will be at 50% which indicates you have 100ap. No bug mate.
  6. I said traveling to and from Mr Steel, my point is that you dont have to even be worried about police presence whilst transporting illegal weaponry/goods up to those types of lab, which in turn lowers the interactions for SD between criminals.
  7. They can co exist though, the main point of my post was activity up north allowing for more of the traditional “county” police interactions for everyone. Crims and Civs. You and Tim both have valid points and imo are both correct. Having good and bad labs open at the SAME TIME is vital for the health and morale of both small groups and larger groups. There are enough labs to go around and the distribution of good and bad labs are relatively evenly spread. More to my original point, the current north labs open are quarry and north lab. This is a major issue as quarry is incredibly easy to get to completely out of sight of the police so theres minimal risk. Then north labs which is an example of a bad lab. So now your only options are Bitcoin and Container. Overall i think staff should intervene with the opening of labs but just evenly distribute them up and down the map.
  8. I would say server pop is a large issue and most certainly constitutes to the lack of activity up north, but i believe my original point does stand relatively true. As a criminal we dont really care about all the civs that hang out in the city because we are trying to make money either doing banks or cooking. Which typically reside up north. Im not saying close the city labs. Im simply stating that there needs to be more variation. I would recommend the labs being automatically closed/opened on a more frequent basis in order to try and bring some life up north. I do agree that development needs improvement, especially when it comes to north. Gone are the days of bayview and the pier being hotspots. Now it feels like benny’s is the only hotspot.
  9. So since coming back to the server I've noticed that SD units are more commonly than not found within city limits. I believe i know why this may be. If you have ever played a criminal character you will know that a couple years ago most of the labs were up north. Meaning that SD got a lot of action and it added a healthy balance because PD would always be busy as its always populated with something going on. However with the release of rotating labs theres a chance that literally nothing happens up north besides traffic stops and the occasional bank, unless of course a major lab is opened. I miss being up north and seeing SD patrol, always watching over your shoulder whilst smuggling weaponry and goods into a lab. The county feels dry and dead now. Even when the server pop is up. In conclusion im basically asking for some more variety with labs and splitting it 50/50 so that there is always a need for us crims to be up north, as well as SD not always responding to things in the city.

  11. Pretty simple really, the crimes are logged and BOLO’s are placed. Thats when you will be found, detained, and sometimes questioned. I cannot use every finger and toe to account for how many times I committed a crime days prior to my arrest. Whether a BOLO or a warrant is placed you will always be at the very minimum, spoken to.
  12. As someone with many punishments i can assure you staff give people like myself many opportunities to improve our behaviour. I would even argue we are given more chances than most, they are actually on the more lenient side of things to be honest. I think i am qualified enough to politely disagree with this suggestion.
  13. No matter what game you play, if it involves shooting then it should most definitely be a topic of conversation. Your outlook on the definition of a roleplay server within the GTA universe is nothing short of naive. This is Grand Theft Auto Five, the game itself is built on cops against criminal's and crims vs crims. It would be stupid to not have this kind of gameplay within a roleplay server. If you want to roleplay and not engage in shooting, then maybe a game of dungeons and dragons would suffice. Of course fighting and PvPing should not be your main priority, however that does not mean it should be totally neglected. Instead of always thinking about it from a subjective point of view, try and be logistical and unbiased with your words. I hope this doesn’t come across as passive aggressive i just feel as though you say things a lot on the forums to spark a reaction and don’t even truly believe the words you are portraying.
  14. Ive been back on the server for a few days and it was a huge shock to find that drive by-ing had become such a prominent force within the strategy for fighting. I one hindered percent agree with this post and i believe it needs tweaking. Its not fun nor is it realistic for someone to be able to shoot in a complete 360 degree view in 3rd person. Also would like to mention it seems like the rule of drive-bying has been enforced with much more leniency. There is no reason why i should be fighting someone on foot whilst a 4 stack come behind me and spray me down, or even worse they begin circling the shootout with minimal repercussions.
