Good morning to whoever this report may concern. I would like to clarify a few things from the initial report of the incident. Nina Blake the previous day (Less than 24 hours prior) was in a situation which affected our gang. Regardless of the intention or not she was still present in the active killing of one of our members. We had been searching for her and 'Jonye Best' the driver for the period of time after this situation. One of our members lived to tell the tale and they were both unmasked and speaking. Whether it was a 'accident' or not it doesn't matter it still continues ICLY and he is dead / NLR'd. We found her the next morning at city parking so we decided it would be best to kidnap her and let her know of her wrong doings without killing her. She then decided to blatantly Mix/FailRP/Metagame the situation which I then called a admin to the scene. She admitted all of her wrongdoings to the admin as she was interrogated on the situation. I friendly reminded the admin that there was no intention to kill her. When we proceeded with the situation IC 'Nina Blake' decided to make numerous threats of death and kept screaming over he microphone. I told her numerous times if she continues to threaten us with a knife to her throat that we will kill her. That's exactly what I did, I injured her and left her to bleed out. This is a very saddening report as I feel as she is very much in the wrong and made numerous acts of rule break violations.
