  1. Assured Services Assured Services, first founded in 2019 with plans of a real estate empire and a strong security force, worked together with a scarce amount of businesses at the time, forming partnerships with many other companies and even coming together to host the Chamber of Commerce, bringing issues to the government from a centralized viewpoint. The team, which originally started with 8 individuals, built Assured Services, a company to house all subsidiaries and any future ventures they could think up through time. It has come to be a large conglomerate controlling many businesses and properties, focusing on their namesake: services for the people of San Andreas. Despite Assured's early start with many individuals coming from law enforcement, Assured Services keeps its own survival first. While no crimes will be committed in the name of Assured, they pride themselves on being neutral, no help for law enforcement and no tolerance for crime; a simple neutral entity. Until it hurts the business, if a tenant starts bringing attention to the books, they might just choose to cooperate. Assured Services operates separate ranks and branches, All overseen by the Executive Suite, built up of the CEO, COO, and Operation Liaisons. They have input and say in all the subsidiaries of Assured Services. The branches stemming out include Assured Law, Assured Events, Assured Property Management, and Assured Holdings—each having their own managers and staffing, all providing their own unique element to the community, from those who want to be represented in court or in negotiations, to those simply not wanting to host an event and outsourcing the work to Assured Services. Assured Services is headquartered in Bluff Tower at 72 Bay City Ave, but has a secondary place of business inside the Pacific Bluffs Country Club at 31 Great Ocean Hwy, Bluff Tower housing offices and meeting rooms with the Country Club housing a nightclub venue and chilled-out lounge and bar for relaxing. With an aim of always furthering the business and its reach, partnerships, and subsidiaries, Assured continues to form new relationships and agreements along with forging old and almost forgotten ones. At the forefront of the current expansion is delving into Assured Holdings and offering all of its services to the people of San Andreas. Original Faction Post 02/JUN/2020 - 01/JAN/2025
  2. Assured Events - After Hours Party Assured Services has kicked off the new year with excitement, hosting our first event only four days into 2025. We are happy to set the tone for the coming year with such enthusiasm, setting the tone for the year to come. This event marks the beginning of a fresh chapter for assured being their first public event since Arlo has taken over as CEO The event, organised by newly hired events coordinators Lucyna and Seraphina, served as a perfect wind down from the holiday season with Christmas decorations still showing face and drinks flowing as usual The event featured a raffle for a Coquette D5 with great success, with over 700 tickets being sold. The turnout exceeded expectations, with the lucky winner taking home a fully tuned and modified sports vehicle with a fresh coat of paint. Following the event, the CEO and other key members of the team held a debrief to reflect on the night's successes and failures and to plan for the future of events to be thrown by Assured. Ideas and improvements have been exchanged to develop the next event and it's unique selling point

  4. Who is the suggestion for? - Factions with F4 Access Why is the suggestion being made? - I feel it puts a better use to the currently in place "/AccessDoorType 2" What are the pros and/or cons of the suggestion? - I think the Pros are a more useful command which would be used more, predominately by businesses holding events as it takes away from the need to have a "Doorman" so that individual can actually partake in the RP of the Event. The Con I Can think of is it would take away from the IC interaction of having a doorman, something I personally don't believe would be a downside as that interaction will almost certainly be replaced by a "Raffle Ticket Man". How should the suggestion be implemented? - I think changing or adding a New Door Access Type which, Upon interacting with the UI, will Open the Door for "X" Seconds before relocking. I don't think it should be too long of a timer just enough for people to push the door open and then while the door is open it can change to a locked state, once the door actually closes back around to its closed position as it currently does it will relock allowing for the next person to pay. Currently it costs to Unlock and the door will remain unlocked until you lock it manually
  5. Loss of An Executive Assured Services mourns the loss of one of its executives, Andy Tyrie, after a difficult battle with his health. Andy has unfortunately passed from his Illness Throughout his time in Assured, Andy Served as Legal Director for Assured Law, taking on a major case for the LSSD and one of its deputies. Andy also worked closely with the executives, working his way up to becoming one himself
  6. Assured Law - Rekindling Assured Services now welcomes its newest Executive to the company Andy Tyrie previously Mr. Tyrie worked as the Legal Director for Assured Law he has now taken a step up into the executive running of Assured Services . Andy once started his life in the city following the path his father once took however he did so in a new country learning much more than he had ever needed to before working as a cop for 6 months lead him to wanting more for his life and his carreer so he broke off into the world of law and business leaving the enforcement behind Not long into this new carreer path he met the people of assured Services through C.O.O James Hawkes not long after these meetings Assured Services took under its wing the newly names Assured Law focusing predominatly on Civil they have thrived in attaining justice in the small number of criminal cases Not long after the aapointment Mr. Tyrie got to work having his first meeting with C.E.O. Paulo Witherfork and Assured Property Management employee Matthew Armstrong ensuring all were on the same page for the future expansion of not just Assured Property Management but for Assured Services as a whole Speedbumps come but for Assured Services they also quickly go with a meeting with the Director for Business and Licensing in the San Andreas State Government a few mistakes from the government side can quickly be brushed away A Word from the C.E.O. We're overjoyed to be bringing Andy onto the Board of Executives at Assured. Since his appointment as Legal Director of Assured Law, he's showcased exemplary performance after resolving our first high-profile case involving a Sheriff's Deputy, putting our prestigious law firm into the limelight and laying down its foundations. In his new position, we are certain that he'll continue to believe and we look to bring about some large changes going into the New Year. Within a week of his appointment, he hasn't failed to deliver having already reorganised our admin and brokering a multimillion-dollar deal. The board of executives welcomes Andy to his new post and can rest Assured in the knowledge that he will deliver!
  7. Assured Law - Update Assured Law has once again taken a hard-fought victory, with many hours and many meetings, eventually once again reaching legal justice for the citizens of the state of San Andreas, one that has united the people together behind one cause and has prevailed. First Impressions Last Commander Joe Olson was leaving City Hall when an attorney from Assured Law Approached him about a situation he was likely at City Hall for to begin with. Knowing this information, he swept into action and had a chat about one case on the hearts and minds of the Sherriff's Department. Assured Law agreed to take on the case and represent anotherclient in the pursuit of justice. With the right people now on the job, Assured Law, in a short-lasting partnership with the Judicial Branch's Public Defenders, got to work, meeting with the Sherrif's Department and their highly specialised Legal Affairs Unit. After being handed a case file, Assured Law was confident in their ability to fight these charges. The Meetings continue. Now, with the very person in need of justice. After gathering further evidence, statements, and information on the case, Assured Law was ready to proceed. A quick meeting was held between Assured Law and Director of the Defenders Office, Shaun Harper, ultimately ending the partnership between the Public Defenders and Assured Law in this case. The fears of a miscarriage of justice continued, with Governor Lewis Langley stepping in to get a grasp of the situation at hand. After getting an understanding of the situation the Governor got hard at work. Unity A Meeting between the Los Santos Police Department, the Charging party in the case, and the Los Santos Sherriffs Department, alongside Assured Law and Cheif Counsel of the Special Counsels Office Emily Whitehorse, was set up. The outcome being the LSPD and LSSD Joining together to fight the injustice. After an investigation was concluded by Assured Law, they were able to Identify not only a witness in the situation but also the alleged victim, who came forth on his own free will to clear up the issues for the court. A true representation of unity and justice coming together.

  9. Assured Law - Update Assured Law has once again come out from the ashes, proving themselves to the people of San Andreas wit their first case being a flat-out win on the case of "State of San Andreas v. Willow Haze" Some may see this win as less tan any other, but in the eyes of Assured Law, justice is justice, with the prosecution dropping all charges before activation, and the defendant being exonerated. Assured Law is now taking strides in the area they have aimed at since day one: Contract Creation. For now, the focus is creating these contracts and getting the citizens and businesses all packed away in all manners of legal affairs. From general contracts to major mergers, all is being done. Assured Law has gone through the Public Notary to get several contracts approved for use, and this is a service we are now offering to the citizens and businesses of San Andreas. With this experience, it adds one more block to the foundations of Assured Law in their preparation for the long-awaited Civil Court. This not only allows for contracts to be made but also for them to be properly enforced by people with experience and who can be trusted. This is where Assured Law steps in and shines out like no other. We have a well-set foundation with the expertise to follow it up. When the time comes, you can trust we will be ready.
