Make it so that if a character hasn't been played for 3 months, you can delete it without restoration, this should give people the opportunity to reconsider if they would want to have that specific character or start fresh with a new character.

I think that's what he means for Bank/Store robberies, I see no reason why not, there's a higher chance of getting out if you are doing well at negotiation, and not everything is about killing the hostage, it's decent scenarios, and makes bank's more fun for everyone. However, it should not be a "friend" that you just tell to be a hostage for the bank.

Depending on the situation, it should be NON-RP, not DM. If I shoot/hit your car, it can be non-RP for some scenarios, but I'm not exactly deathmatching your vehicle. I would love a little change on that considering there are spikes, which count as DM. I don't think it has to be that harsh. If people troll, they should be treated with appropriate rule breaks, but DM is a bit harsh for spikes and hitting/shooting a vehicle if the player is not directly attacked.

This is also one of the concerns i see with it, while i agree that weapons etc are not that big of a deal now after reading some comments this is still something that most gangs will end up facing.

God this thread is giving me braindamage, i feel like theres different groups of crims, casual crims, cop baiting crims, pvp crims, the crims that call themselves crims but never do anything criminal but lockpicking, there is such a wide variety of criminals and in gangs itself the main reported crims are the ones that fight the battle for the gangs. About the rulebreaks: I feel like when it comes to rulebreaks it should be based on severity as rulebreaks occur even randomly or without intention and punishing a 30 man gang for it is very rough. In terms of the weapon and tier system: As for the weapon import, i think moving the .50 pistol so far into the tier makes it unfair for even newer people as .50 is the pistol everyone uses and the argument of "then get good with a different pistol" is unreasonable. The .50 is the standard weapon of a criminal, it is determined by the player base that it works best in every scenario and there is no replacing it with just another weapon, thats how it would work in a normal scenario but not after it being established for years. Now to the last part: Saying "I play crim but my record is clean" is a wild statement considering the difference is that you have possibly broken a rule in someones eyes, it just hadn't been reported as there was no opposite gang being upset about them losing, burgershot is basically a bunch of randoms that break more rules than you can count on one hand so them reporting would possibly end up in a self report, however i might be totally wrong here and you are doing the things you do perfectly then that's amazing but i highly doubt it.

After seeing some high IQ answers here i'd like to outline the fact that doing crime while on burgershot duty is already a rulebreak itself, same as any other freelance job. People always victimize themselves but i remember enough interactions where some people at burgershot have been more than out of line trying to instigate fights & such, i can only highly recommend doing a report whenever someone is doing crime or any form of criminal activity during burgershot duty including on the burgershot frequency which is part of the burgershot job. If you can't behave yourself to get out of line in a normal discussion on the forums and start calling people 'morons' for them giving their input, maybe a break from the game and see some animals at the zoo would be great, instead of behaving like one online this should be a go-to for a small reality check.

Add multiple things to doc instead of just getting litter or mining, increase stamps back to 3, we lose the money in the casino anyways. Cooking in the kitchen like burgershot where people can order food for cheap in prison made by prisoners if chosen a prison job. Cleaning floors, windows, cells Mining and outdoor activites such as cleaning litter outside, mowing the lawn, watering plants. Cinema/tv room where theres a playlist of short youtube movies running or people can suggest stuff. Why do we need that? Cuz doc is essentially talk to people for a lil, fight with new players, report them and have a afk timer run down or just be afk.

I do not agree with this statement. First of all, Netflix and Shadowplay still correlate with one another. That's simply the issue many of us face. (I tried it and it still doesn't properly work; it shuts off a lot due to copyright, just like Amazon!) Secondly, you are saying that every single person sucks at deciding on unfair gameplay when I am quite literally saying it would be a lot easier to see people break the rules, cheat, or abuse glitches when they have to provide the footage or at least save their POV from fights where a rulebreak is assumed or investigated. As I mentioned, this is purely about shooting or having a shootout. This isn't about recording 24 hours of your game; you are not constantly utilizing a weapon in the game and shouldn't technically be. However, this has been taken widely out of context as the main focus goes to the fights and situations where guns and shootings are in play.

A lot of times we find ourselves in situations which end up in forum reports, considering the amount of people with unfair game advantages (cheaters included) i would find it more reasonable if people are required to have footage from fights, to prevent possible speculations and rumors they could debunk by simply always having footage. While i understand it's not all about pvp, the server is based on gta and gangwars, it's a crucial part and i believe requiring footage of every single situation where you decide to shoot should be a reason for you to have footage if requested automatically, you should have the footage stored for 48h and then are good to delete it. It would reduce cheaters massively and we can all agree noone likes having them against you or with you. Thanks
