Sentenced to life in prison.
Jeff Tate was born in the north trailer park of Slab City, His parents- verbally/physically abusive created a negative environment for one to develop learning abilities of moral codes. Jeff Tate learned at a young age that extortion and violence were ways to help him gain the items in life he desired. He frequently charges people for their rights to place business or be in areas that he deems "his". Jeff often uses his Charisma to get what he wants when things are going well and brute force and knowledge of how the system works to socially engineer himself into situations that most may not be able to do. Jeff Tate was banished from his trailer park for charging the other tenants "lot fees" when he was no lease holder of the property. Once he was banished from the only place he knew he fled to the city. Once in the city his Reign of Terror began. Jeff could no longer camouflaged himself into the barren desert or dense forests. He always had people surrounding him which made him feel more vulnerable. When Jeff does not have things go his way, he tends to lean more towards the violent side. He tried to extort a government official with the threats of leaking important information in which Jeff Fabricated. Once things started to go south with this plan and he lost traction, the police began to close in on him, trailing and tracking him which backed him into a corner of desperation. Once backed into a cage Jeff took the government employee hostage and once he was realized things were not going to pan well for him. He slit their neck causing them to succumb to their injuries on the spot. Once he did the swat team moved in subduing Jeff and placing him into custody for first degree murder. Jeff sat in jail awaiting trial and sentencing, as he waited he developed and honed in on the skills he learned in the streets and began using them inside the prison. Jeff smoothly could convince a blind man to buy sun glasses, or inmates to attack others. He even began friending guards which would smuggle in contraband to help his stay become easier. One of Jeff's tricks of the trade was collecting the largest amount of stamps in the Jail. Jeff was proud of his stamps. One day during a riot, one of the correctional officers confiscated his stamps setting Jeff into a wild rage. He waited and stayed patient. He spoke with other inmates collecting information on this correctional officer. Once learning and studying about him, Jeff coerced a gang member inside the jail to send a message to the correctional officers family. Jeff then approached the correctional officer reporting to him that he was the cause and if he did not receive payment further action would be held against his family. The correctional officer complies to Jeff as if he was going to cooperate. Once the correctional officer left the cell block he reported to the Warden. The warden took swift action shipping Jeff Tate onto a bus straight to Santos Department of Corrections in Blaine County.
Jeffery Suffers from an extreme case of Schizophrenia/multiple personality disorder, His imaginary protector Jinx; is used to justify his horrible actions he puts onto people.

Yess, I feel like this is one extreme but are somewhat Similar in time, I feel like I would expect a 10 year sentence for the 2nd charge. I really think they should update some of the laws to be more realistic with real time. Kidnapping a government official is serious, I shouldn't be getting the same time as someone who robbed a store. Torture of a government employee is massive aswell.

"Script-oriented people" makes it sound like we shouldn't expect any script support in a video game. Especially a lighter RP server like Eclipse compared to some others where money is acquired typically through senseless grinding.
If there was ways to acquire money through purely roleplay, I'd be all for it. Sadly there is no such system in place. Bit of a tangent, but. I hope you get the point!This is a lack of creativity, You can find ways to make money through RP.
On my crim, I extorted mulitple players for things that mattered to them icly such as jobs etc. It just takes creativity. I saw the other day someone had a competition for whoever stayed in the RV the longest, you have a platform to do mostly whatever you want. The rules are a bit grey at times, but endless possibilities. -

Trigger warning - abuse/violence
1.)
Humble beginnings.. start from every end of the universe, Carl Vespucci's story... is anything but humble. Carl Vespucci born of Tracy Vespucci, a lady of the night who used to roam the streets of Vespucci Blvd were she was employed of a lady of the night, prostitute for those who are not familiar. Tracy does not know the origin of Carl's father but that was not an issue for Carl, He being born off a pool table in his mom's trailer in Blaine County, came out swinging as he hit the shag carpet of his mothers trailer. As Carl grew older his mom spent a lot of time working. He spent a lot of time chasing the validation of his step-father, a drunk who was abusive in every degree. Carl found himself being confined in small places and locked away from his childhood. The time he was spent free, he spent learning how to survive with what every other child had, morals/direction/money. One thing Carl never lacked- Drive. Carl believes in him self 100% no matter what the task. Carl had one thing in his life his mother and his dog. One day after Carl returned home from school, He came home to a trailer with his mom in tears and his stepfather in a drunken rage. Carl's dog was killed by his step father. Carl left the trailer and never came back. Carl's developed only the ability to empathize with trapped individuals and animals.
2.) Arrival - Carl had a rough time with his adult life in Los Santos. He figured he would become a roadworker and skate by- a couple mistakes later, He found him self in DOC. Carl started to frequent DOC, sending him self into more and more debt causing more and more crime ending with a lot of pain and torture being that helpless boy he had once grown from. Trapped/helpless, with a feeling of no escape. Carl was feeling very down being locked down in a cell. Under he heard about Sophia Falcone. Sophia Falcone was an inmate who was sentenced to life in prison. Once Carl had heard about Sophia and her permanent stay, the PTSD from being a child kicked in. He had to free her. Carl initially hatched a plan, he would start sitting up on the ridgeline of DOC counting as the Guards made interior/exterior patrols. Waiting for his moment to strike. He left his notes with his plans on the hill only to be discovered by DOC/detectives causing him to be caught shortly after taking a hostage in the lobby demanding Sophia be released.3.) Survival - Carl was entered in as a Maximum security inmate and was ordered to be placed far from Sophia Falcone under any circumstance. Carl was irate. He was placed into segregation to keep him away from Sophia. Carl would never be able to shake his obsession with freeing Sophia, even after her transfer away. Carl Lost his mind, being placed in a cell with two Correctional Officers, Carl began to get violent when he heard Sophia was gone he began to pace back in forth in his cell talking to him self, bleeding onto the cell floors.
4.) Soon after his outrage of Sophia's disappearance a key figure in this story appeared by the name of Ally Quinn. Therapist from MD. Ally coming with a calming quiet voice came to try and relax Carl into a docile state, but as she was trying to explain logic to a man who's grasp of reality was slipping, Carl only used the information Ally divulged as ammunition. Ally reassured Carl that Sophia was under MD'S care and will be taken care of. Someone stated that a situation had previously occurred with Sophia and Samantha Tenbe, which was all Carl needed to hear before he began to chant her name. Once this information was in the air, MD decided it was time to pack it up and leave, irrefutable damage had been caused by giving Carl this information.
5.) Carl began to leave threats to Samantha Tenbe in forms of notes and Phone calls to the station, once this happened another key person in this story was introduced. Carl's step-dad reincarnated into a functioning member of society- Detective Garret Groyce. Carl was interrogated by Detective Groyce were he let slip that he was previously in relationships with not only Samanta Tenbe..but also Ally Quinn.. Puzzle pieces flying everywhere in Carl's brain began to connect. Everyone is connected in the case of Sophia's kidnapping and disappearance. Carl figured since he was going up against an extremely huge and organized criminal enterprise PD/SD/MD. He would have to be smart and always cover his tracks, but Carl has been doing this his whole life...so a bit of cockiness ensued as he began to taunt the captors of Sophia.

Taco Job Idea

If I could; I feel as if the taco job already has hot spots; icily if you know them; hang around large groups of people with no food source near them. They will 9 times out of 10 buy you out.
I feel like the taco truck does need an upgrade though; I did this two days ago; I sold out immediately; 3 times in a row. I think maybe the taco limit should increase a tad or maybe even an endless supply of taco's (I would be a billionaire)
But I feel as if you have enough IC information; if you go at the right times; there are very many "hot spots" around town to utilize.
Also; if you wanted to notify people you are selling tacos to let people know where the "Hotspot" is; there are IC ways to advertise that aswell.
I love the whole idea of the taco truck getting more love. I think its a really cool job the way you can set your price etc.
