Yes, this has been happening a ton. As well as sometimes one person can hear someone talking — either nearby or over the radio — but someone else close by or on the same radio frequency can't hear them at all. It usually fixes itself when the person stops and starts speaking again. I personally have only noticed this issue within the past 2-3 months or so, I don't recall this happening earlier than that.

I'm for some reason able to recreate it every time I try no matter what vehicle I'm in. I've also heard of it happening to multiple other people recently too. I never had this issue before the buttons were there. I swear I saw another bug report for this same issue months back, but can't find it now, hence why I'm just now reporting it.
