Beyond that when you load up hit p twice before selecting a server (Where Micheal is talking to his shrink in the background) this will open the gtav options menu. Check in your game options that your microphone is set to enabled and all that good shit. Can also do a good ol /vv100 set voice volume to 100 incase its super quiet and you are just not hearing it or something. Could also be some serious desync , hasn't been near as bad as it once was but failing everything else being a-okay could be that mucking up. If none of that works let me know I will have a beer and a think on the matter see if I can think of anything else.

Forums is seperate from the game. Game panel login is same as in game. Forum account work work for login. Either make a new account in the server or via the game panel.

Think my best was the gold one above silver. Never cared much for comp though. Every time some special needs 12 year old screeches at me I just leave the game and take the penalty lol

Need to check around. Can say that D and J's Firearms and Range doesn't even charge 2k for the heavy pistol. Wish we could sell pump shotguns, they are easier to acquire legally than pistols are by a long shot in real life. And maybe some sort of bolt action hunting rifle would be nice.

+1 for the tow. it is almost useless as it is now to tow greater than 10-30 feet.

Will say I used to make money combination of car flipping then fishing or truck driving before I got into the goverment faction job market.
