In this forum you are able to communicate with others about organizations you own. Any player may reply and is able to join an organization as long as they meet the requirements. This section is mainly for publicity of any organization for both understanding what the organization is and to gain members. Obviously organizations are made in character and do not require much, if any, scripting though must have at least THREE (3) members to be considered an organization. General forum rules apply here, an organization leader can only post threads. Leaders should be mindful to post something with a good deal of detail otherwise may cross the lines of spam. Dead organizations will be archived. ONLY ORGANIZATION OWNERS CAN POST THREADS. ANYONE MAY REPLY.

This forum is primarily utilized for job postings and business news. Business owners and entrepeneurs may post about their job offering and players may respond to get in contact with them. News for businesses will be posted in the main forum section. This is allowed for any business but a pitch must be made to me. Simply forum PM me a news article you wrote up on your (or another player's) business and I'll get back to you. This can include scandal stories, health issue stories, new product offerings, etc. Afterwards it may be included for extra *HYPE* on your business. After all, all publicity is good publicity. Rules: No posting illegal ads. This means illegal jobs, or leading someone to an illegal event such as robbery. Ads can stay up as long as they'd like, dead ads (no longer a business) will be looked for and archived. If your ad is dead or you do not need any more employees it is your duty to inform a forum moderator by posting in your own thread that your ad is no longer needed. This section is IN-CHARACTER. All players may post a thread in this section but it must be related to an actual job offer. There is no format but all threads and posts must be intelligible meaning it must be clearly understood what you're offering and a reply to a thread must include your character name at least. Phone numbers are usually necessary to get in contact afterwards, general inquiries can be placed on threads.

General Marketplace In this forum's subsections you may post classifieds of your character's privately owned properties or vehicles. The Real Estate section is where you'll find privately owned houses and businesses for sale. The Vehicles section is where you'll find privately owned vehicles for sale. You may also trade for other objects or post an ad to purchase one. Auctions The Auctions section is primarily for players to sell any object that isn't a vehicle or property. This section could be used for many things and as the server gets further in it's development we will add more information about this. Special objects will be stickied and sold for auction in these forums. Administrators will have access to special objects that they may auction to the highest bidder. This may include, but is not limited to, apartment complexes, high-scale businesses, special vehicles (or vehicle attributes/abilities). Rules: ALL POSTS MUST HAVE A PREFIX TAG. Tags must be before the topic title and must be: [bUYING] [sELLING] [TRADING] [bUY/TRADE] Topic titles must include what you're selling. You may only create one ad at a time for the same thing. You may not place an ad for someone else. Players may post their phone numbers and character names for transactions. Forum PM can be used as well to get in contact without cluttering your thread. The only posts that can be made in each topic are bids, responses should be taken to Forum PM/in-game. Thread owners may reply to bidders and close their ad. Players may respond to an ad with a bidding amount, or simply pay the asking price if price is firm and non-negotiable. Do not post bids with insufficient funds. Don't post a bid of an amount you don't have. Players may outbid each other as much as they like within the confines of forum spamming rules. If the bids are too frequent it will have to be taken in game or over forum PM. Once a bid has been up for 48-hours, the last bid will either get the object or the buyer may back out of the deal. Threads that last longer than 48-hours without a post will have their poster messaged about the sale and if no response is given in 24 hours of the PM it will be archived. When buying an object, your post has SEVEN (7) days of activity before being archived. You may post a thread however you like as long as the information conveyed on the post is intelligible. (ie. has to have your IG character name, what you're selling, info about what you're selling) For ease of mind we have created a simple format:
