Can someone take some interest and start improving the scripted jobs ?
This suggestion can't get more better, such a shame it's abandoned.

Fishing is simple, 1 fish every 2-3 minutes.
gets boring.

A basic skill system that tracks your work as one of the jobs ( Bus job ) it's really repetitive and boring, the only thing people do it , is because they can grind money easily.
One of the Examples is.
BUS DRIVER JOB
1) It needs more Routes ( Long routes + Short routes ) Either Random or you will be able to select your own route ( Payout depends on which route you choose )
Route 1000 - 7 Miles - $2500 ( PLUS the Salary Bonus XP in % )
Route 2191 - 4.2 Miles - $1900 ( PLUS the Salary Bonus XP in % )
Route 68- 14.2 Miles - $4500 ( PLUS the Salary Bonus XP in % )
2) Salary payout depends on which route the system randomly chooses for you or you will be able to select your own route. ( Short route or Long Route )
3) /profession will bring up a nice menu with XP depending on how much you work for example /profession BUS JOB - [150/5000 XP] = +5% more income ( Salary )
FARMING - [900/5000 XP] = +19% more income ( Salary )
GARBAGE- [2500/5000 XP] = +50% more income ( Salary )
4) Realistic MAPPING of bus stages when you drop off people as some checkpoints are really stupid.
5) XP will start dropping after days of inactivity, lets say FARMING - [900/5000 XP] = +17% After 10 days of inactivity = FARMING - [500/5000 XP] = +11%
6) Of course, to be able to reach those level XP it will be hard and not easy and that's where the DEVS comes in.
This is only for the bus jobs as many jobs needs a NEW REWORK ! including Hunting , Garbage , Fishing , Courier and much more !
PLEASE SUPPORT THIS SUGGESTION AS WE NEED A NEW JOB REWORK !

@Osvaldon Hi , car speaker seems to work after syncing the time ( it was off by 1 minute )
Haven't tested the actual speaker ( I think it works the same )

I saw a very better way to Lockpick a car and hotwire it on an OLD SAMP server.
A small puzzle should be made while lockpicking a car , like pressing Random keys on the keyboard such as number from ( 0 - 9 )
Example Press 4 ( You should press it fast depending on how long the script tells you like in 1 seconds ) then Press 2 ( 1 sec ) 4 , 7 , 2 , 1. Until you successfully press all the number within the stated time frame like 10/10 and it unlocks, if you fail it will drop a bar like 6/10 then 5/10 and 4/10. ( You unlock a car of how much capable are you )
Hotwire should be like this.
A small puzzle just like the Single player game when your about to rob Fleeca bank but even more complicated so it doesn't be that easy to hotwire.

Make sense, would be easier if you just Open Inventory , right click and choose hide and it lists multiple where to hide.
Right click " Hide Weapon "
Jacket
Trousers
Ankle ( Mouse Guns )

Me too, I had to uninstall and go some serious installation time and still the Speaker persisted.
I was going nuts trying all Audio settings from the game / windows.

Already three people experiencing this problem. ( I thought it was because of country restrictions ) and there was a post saying that the speaker was indeed fixed which isn't true.
P.S I tried VPN and also the speaker didn't work.
I even tried shorting down the URL and tried many many URLS but still the speaker stayed MUTE.

I bought a speaker and spoke to an Admin which he said it looks weird.
I tried hundreds of different URL links, ran the game on another PC.
Reset the audio several time and still there is no sound.
I know they said " speakers are fixed " but at least for me it doesn't work.
Other sounds are perfect such as hearing and speaking to people, even tried resetting game audio to default , SFX and audio are full as well.
Reinstalled the game too but didn't work.

+1 Pizza deliveries and other food jobs would be nice ! server needs to be filled with those.
Great community we have and server peaks around 350/400 players which is quite nice !

Option to call from a phonebooth.
Might be impossible to ran out of charge but it happens.
Phone upgrades.
Wide ranges of phone brands. ( Battery drain depends on the model )
Battery Percentage.
LED indicators on the phone.
RED - unread message.
BLUE - unanswered call.
Unanswered call history list to show and be able to see if you accidently don't pick up your phone ! ( History of calls will not be visible if you don't pick up )
Be able to call from reading the text message instead of make a new phone contact without knowing the person.
Credits in the phone such as 50 credits = 25/50 $. ( Free calls to 911 or mechanic )
1 SMS cost 1 credit.
1 phone call costs 2 credits.
Option to top up by [ Contract or top up cards ]
( Very hard to hear SMS sounds and sometimes you just accidently ignore them)

I know many might bash me back but this server lacks when it comes to server suggestions.
Many good suggestions has been posted through out the year and few or none has been approved.
My suggestions were interesting and others people too, as the server really needs them.
Jobs are boring, all payout the same. BUS takes exactly 15 minutes with a 2.1k payout while fishing makes you around 3.9k in 30 minutes.
Take a look at my suggestions.
And take a look at someone's suggestion ( This is the best suggestion ever ! )
1.5 years and no ones dares to respond or make it possible, We need more Modders and DEVS if the server lacks those.
Phone system is really a pain to type, you have to keep pressing F2 to bring the cursor, also I can't say how many times I MISSED messages and phone calls as I was never able to hear them.
Phone system needs a new Rework and even the jobs a new Rework which makes the jobs more fun as the server feels empty when your grinding money.
Please take your time and take a look at my suggestions.
I think the suggestions section needs to be removed as it is useless if no one cares to take a look and make it possible, there is no use for suggestions rather than players wasting their time
typing and creating content for the servers improvements.
OUR VOICE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE LETS MAKE THIS HAPPEN, WITHOUT OUR SUGGESTIONS THE SERVER MEANS NOTHING.
BIG COMMUNITY AND SERVER POTENTIAL WHY STOP THERE? ! LET'S DO IT.
