Roxy Teat was the love child of Tina Teat and Percy Bianchi from the band Love Fist. Roxy grew up in Liberty City running the streets getting in trouble, stealing and boosting cars to help take care of her little brother Mango. She found a love for street racing until one day a fatal accident took away a loved one. Traumatized by the accident, it was hard for her to get behind the wheel again, so she decided to try to turn her life around. Roxy got a job painting cars at a friend's garage, saving up money to find a new start with her half-brothers Jubb Baker and Jim Bianchi in Las Santos. After moving to Los Santos, Roxy was reunited with her best friends from Liberty City Kelsey May and Haze Slim aka “Daddy Slim." Slim was like the devil on her shoulder and ignited the fire inside her again, all she wanted to do was race and wanted to feel the thrill of the chase again. She met a lot of new friends in the city all from different walks of life and they quickly became a family. Living the legal life in Los Santos never crossed her mind until she met a mechanic and he would change her life forever. She became a mechanic and pushed the thought of turning to the life of crime behind her once again. She was still missing something she wanted, the thrill of the chase again, but wanting to stay on the straight and narrow, she applied to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Roxy became a deputy and shortly after was forced to arrest her homies and knew that was not the side she wanted to be on. She would rather be next to the homies going to jail than being the one to bring them to jail after three long weeks Roxy quit the Sheriff’s Department. Roxy continued working at Bayview but still felt the need for more, so she finally decided to join the dark side once and for all. She met the Los Santos Royals on a few occasions and was impressed by the high standards to which they carried themselves and the powerful family dynamic they shared. This warmed Roxy’s heart as hot as the fire that burned inside her, that's when she knew what she wanted to do. Roxy quit her job at Bayview and dove head first into the recruitment process, not looking back.
