Commander783 Posted August 17, 2018 Report Posted August 17, 2018 It's probably a player owned vehicle, not for sale and is just standing there as... disguise I suppose. If there are letters above the car, which indicates that the car is for sale and it's locked, you may have to contact an admin/support via the following command ingame: /report 2 Trying to buy a vehicle at the High End Market, but it seems to be locked Cheers
