Issue/bug you are reporting: Before update of GTA 5 patch 1.55 car used to be much faster with low grips and much harder control. Now it feels like a casual car barely can speed up or start sliding without using SPACE bar.

Expected behavior:  Car should have much more power and should not be as easily controlled as it is now.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I have video before update and what speeds it used to do and how difficult it was to control. Can provide them if needed.

From what I saw on the patch notes, Rockstar altered stanced and low grip tires to no longer give high top speeds to tuner vehicles.
This isn't an issue with Eclipse, but something that Rockstar have taken upon themselves to change.

Where did you find these patch notes exactly?

Hello, due to Rockstar changing/modifying handling files on the LS Tuner Update vehicles (i.e speed boosts from lowered stance and grip with low grip tires), some cars will perform differently as they did before.
